È sempre molto gentile e mi ha messo da subito a mio agio.. Si vede che ama il suo lavoro e ci tiene che i clienti vadano via soddisfatti..io lo consiglio davvero di cuore. Non è un di quei medici che esagera e come ripeto i suoi trattamenti risultano estremamente naturali. Oggi è stata la quarta volta che ci torno. Ho portato anche un' amica. Consigliatissimo! Premesso che non comprendo come si possa sindacare sulla "qualità dei prodotti", dato che solo un professionista del settore potrebbe farlo con cognizione di causa, tengo a dire che mi sono trovata bene proprio perché Arena si è dimostrato L' OPPOSTO di come viene dipinto qui. ◾ In 4 anni non ho mai avuto problemi a prenotare: di solito lo faccio con un messaggio e ricevo risposta nel giro di qualche minuto. ◾ L'assistente è sempre stata gentile e disponibile nei miei confronti. ◾ Non ho mai avuto problemi dopo un trattamento di medicina estetica eseguito da Arena. ◾ Lo studio è assolutamente pulito e vengono ovviamente rispettate tutte le misure anti-Covid. ◾ Per lo meno su di me, gli effetti dei trattamenti durano mesi (ma credo che questo sia soggettivo). E soprattutto, a differenza di TANTI altri, Arena non è uno che ti spinge a fare 1000 trattamenti solo per guadagnarci di più: cosa piuttosto rara, quando si parla di medicina estetica, e che personalmente apprezzo molto. All'inizio "motivo emergenza covid" , dopo non ha piu chiamato ,ne scritto in whatsup. Mi spiace ma è andata cosi.... ho tutto salvato in whatsup...
