Non volevano cambiare le scarpe comprate fine Febbraio perché ormai è passato più di un mese,anche se era tutto chiuso già dal Marzo (causa covid)! Mia bimba e ovviamente cresciuta ed adesso le scarpe che non costano poco(79 eur) non si possono usare mai. I proprietari dal negozio non sanno cos’è umanità,gentilezza,rispetto dei clienti e soprattutto gestione e marketing!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! They did not want to change the shoes bought at the end of February because more than a month has passed, even if it was already closed since March (due to covid)! My child is obviously grown up and now the shoes that do not cost cheap (79 eur) can never be used. The owners of the shop do not know what humanity, kindness, respect for customers and above all management and marketing are !!!

La signora che mi ha servito è stata gentilissima, mi ha consigliato benissimo sebbene sia arrivata poco prima dell’orario di chiusura! Tornerò sicuramente Very well stocked shop, elegant and sports shoes of many models and price ranges. The lady who served me was very kind, she advised me very well even though she arrived just before closing time! I will definitely be back

It’s a pleasure to come here with your child as they are treated so well. Last time we came she didn’t try to push us to buy shoes because the shoes we had still fit, she told us to come back in a few weeks, which is rarely heard of in a shop! The shoes are expensive but high quality.
