I can only repeat what said before. Assistant OK, shop small but with a nice atmosphere. Th big issue is the stock. Difficult to find what one looks for, either because the item or the size are out of stock. Also, I tried to shop online as (again) what I was looking for was not available for physical purchase and got a message (prompting me to enter my email address) saying that I would be informed when available again. Well, by accident I got to find out that one and only one item was available for online purchase but noone from Velasca had informed me in advance. So, fix customer service, communication, production-supply chain. Fairly disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistant at Piazza Sempione has been super pro, efficient and customer oriented. Due to OOS for the item I was looking for, I have been addressed to the shop in Garibaldi and the experience was great as well. The guy who assisted me provided a great customer experience together with personal advises.
One remark: stock and assortment should go more in parallel. OOS could have been discouraging my purchase intention.
Overall great brand, good consumer esperience
