Sono venuta oggi nel vostro negozio aspettando fuori per il rispetto della regola con il massimo di 8 persone . Una volta entrati con mio fratello e mio cognato , dato che dovevo pagare io il regalo a mio fratello , la commessa ci ha tenuto ad invitarci ad aspettare fuori. Le ho ricordato che è un regalo e dovevo pagarlo ma lei ha pensato di aver ragione . Dato che lavoro nel customer service, mi dispiace ricordarle, che quando il cliente è educato bisogna rispettarlo. Dovreste imparare la buona educazione e il rispetto per chi deve spendere nel vostro negozio . Mi sono imbarazzata per voi e per il vostro operato .
Sconsiglio vivamente il vostro negozio dato lo scarso servizio clienti .

I reminded her it's a gift and I had to pay for it but she thought she was right. Since I work in customer service, I'm sorry to remind you, that when the customer is polite you have to respect him. You should learn good manners and respect for the spenders in your shop. I was embarrassed for you and your actions.
I strongly advise against your shop given the poor customer service.
