F	Fabiana B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo .. non trovo possibile che non ci siano scarpe da donna di numero 41, di nessun modello e non per assortimento ma per scelta...e alla domanda per quale motivo non le tengano sentirsi rispondere che "nessuno ce le chiede"... lo trovo ineducato, visto che io te lo sto chiedendo e inappropriato per un negozio che si presenta come un punto artigianale.... ricordate la scena di Julia Roberts "qui non abbiamo nulla per lei" ecco la sensazione è stata quella.... Nel frattempo veniva trattato con sufficienza anche un altro cliente accanto a me... "casualmente" un anziano... Bad service .. Il negozio ha una buona esposizione e presenta una vasta scelta di modelli. Le scarpe sono cucite a mano e la qualità della pelle al primo contatto sembra buona. Il dipendente che mi ha servito è stato molto gentile, ma purtroppo non ha saputo darmi il giusto consiglio per il mio utilizzo in quanto tenendo su le scarpe 12 ore al giorno avrei avuto bisogno di una scarpa morbida e non dura e la scarpa consigliata mi ha provocato un problema al piede sinistro che ho dovuto curare con delle onde magnetiche, tutto documentato. Consiglierei per il futuro di avere una maggiore attenzione verso il cliente e in base alle sue esigenze consigliare il giusto modello, cosa che con me non è avvenuta. The shoes are hand sewn and the quality of the leather on first contact looks good. The employee who served me was very kind, but unfortunately he could not give me the right advice for my use as by keeping my shoes on 12 hours a day I would have needed a soft shoe and not hard and the recommended shoe made me caused a problem in my left foot that I had to treat with magnetic waves, all documented. I would recommend for the future to have a greater focus on the customer and, based on his needs, recommend the right model, which has not happened with me.

The shop is right off the main shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. The shoes are in the mid price range and you'll get excellent value for money. Very fashionable hip shoes you probably will not find there but instead to find an excellent range of quality classic style leather shoes.
N	Nahum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update after Ago e Spago response: I find it interesting that I get a response as soon as I post something on Google. Nothing wrong if you were on vacations, but you should have setup an auto-reply on your email. I sent an email and got no response at all for several days. How am I supposed to know you are on vacations? There is nothing false in my email nor post. If you can read the email, it says “less than 10 times”, and in my Google post I was more accurate. Anyways, does it really matter if it was 5, 10 or 100? You minimize the problem and you even appear to be blaming the “way I walk”!!!, if I could modify my rating to zero starts, I would. It is only the right side and it’s not the way I walk. You clearly have a quality control issue. After further inspection, in the inside of the shoe, the seams are made very uneven in the same area where the sole came off and this area appears to be filled with a chunk of glue. There is still more to come off as the glue is not holding it anymore. I can tell you is that the shoe looks horrible this way and this should’ve never happened at the price I paid for them. —————————————————- I bought a pair of shoes at Ago e Spago and after wearing 5 times, the sole is coming off. I contacted the store and have received no response.
