β β β β β Not the first time I've visited this store. I should not have given a 2nd chance, the service as terrible as the first time. Sour unhelpful staff. Rude beyond belief. The stock room is in a completely different building meaning the sales assistant (1 of 2 working tbere) running back and forth with boxes of shoes leaving customers to wait. When I asked if they had a particular shoe in stock I waited over 10 mins and then asked again, I was barked at by the obviously stressed sales assistant who then made comments about me to someone in the store about me being impatient, as if I'm deaf.This is the centre of Milan on a Saturday....shockingly poor service. Just because you are a specialist store does not mean people can be treated poorly. Obviously the owners do not feel the financial crisis the rest of Italy is complaining about and don't care about losing custom. I've very willingly spent my very hard earned money in another store with lovely staff who could not do enough to help and who had a far better selection of shoes.

β β β β β I ordered a pair of boots at my usual size (45). But, surprisingly, they were too big. So, I had to return them and get a size smaller. I need to say that I have been impressed by the customer service. The reponse to my e-mails was extremely quick & accurate & I got the new pair of boots back the very next day of my new order.
Also, the quality of the shoes is very good.

β β β β β They are perfect! I have big feet for a girl, so I had quite a bit of trouble finding shoes, until I came across this store. Fantastic! My life changed because of this beautiful, comfortable shoes. Delivery is super fast with no problems in case you need to change your shoes.

β β β β β Over the years I have bought many pairs of shoes and boots from them. The quality is good and prices can be reasonable. BUT and it is a big BUT, something went badly wrong in the sizing from a supplier they had. A pair of boots was about three or four sizes too small and the owner refused to refund the return postage cost even though they admitted the boots were sized very small from the particular supplier. The owner became very nasty and I advised him that I would never but from them again, and I haven't. The return postage was about 18 Euros and I am sure that I would have spent several hundreds of Euros with them in the future if the (service) I received had been anywhere near normal. The owner described himself as a good businessman but I would have great difficulty in believing that he could run a hot dog stand.
RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. Thanks for confirming everything I said in my review. How you think a future credit of 30 Euros is any compensation for you sending out items that cannot possibly fit and ask me to pay the return postage is stupid beyond belief. I stand by my review and can reply to your original emails if you wish to remind you of what you said at the time. The reason for the delay is that I did not know previously that it was possible to post my review here.

β β β β β A shop that has quality shoes in extremely large and extremely small sizes. If you have an unusual size for your gender, this place is paradise.
You always wanted heels, but you wear a size 34 or a 48? They have your size..
You are a gigantic basketball player and you want shoes that are not sneakers? This is the place for you.
