Chi non ha la prescrizione stampata ma online deve perdere altro tempo perché l email non è visibile da nessuna parte per inoltrare il file al contatto del centro ma è solo la segreteria che potrà dartela. Inoltre poca organizzazione per le prenotazioni che non vengono comunicate, quindi l'utente che ha prenotato per un'ora in particolare se non lo riferisce viene sorpassato. L'orario di apertura dice fino alle 10:30, ma è FALSO : se finiscono "i numerini", già alle 10:00 ti rimbalzano... non transigono neanche se si tratta della mera consegna di campione biologico (che non porta via molto tempo rispetto ad un prelievo di sangue) ! Low staff flexibility. Se continua così ci metto 2 ore solo per l’accettazione!! Non ci tornerò mai più!!!! Bad experience! Acceptance is very slow. I arrived at 9.24 and had 21 people in the queue in front of me. La signora ti attacca immediatamente senza ascoltare quello che dici o quello di cui hai bisogno. Lentissimi e lasciano disinformati i pazienti che aspettano tutti fuori quando dentro non arrivano manco alle 5 persone. In più non sanno nemmeno indossare la mascherina e tenerla sul viso, e stiamo trattando di un SERVIZIO che dovrebbe essere quello SANITARIO. VERGOGNOSO! Più passa il tempo più è peggio, ma vedo che nonostante le lamentele di tutti resta dove si trova e anzi peggiora. Le ho detto subito che avevo un’assicurazione per la gravidanza e ha risposto “ troppo tardi, si arrangia” . Mi spiace per il dottore che fa i prelievi gentilissimo. Nonostante io abiti più vicino a questo punto, vado in respighi molto più gentili ed educati. Mrs. A.R. All rude acceptance. After the blood sampling I insisted to see a dcotor. I got a comment on me not speaking Italian, OK ... but at least I know enough about medicine to understand that they forgot about somethig!!
