Primo lunedì di luglio, almeno 50 persone in fila alle otto del mattino, una signora è passata avanti a tutti con il benestare di chi in quel momento gestiva le accettazioni, nonostante la rabbia e le lamentele di tutti i presenti. I prelievi sono stati eseguiti con la porta aperta, zero privacy. Particolare scortesia, oserei dire maleducazione, da parte di chi ha eseguito il mio prelievo del sangue (fra l'altro piuttosto doloroso), nonostante avessi segnalato di essere in stato interessante. Sconsigliatissimo.
Bad experience. On the first Monday of July, at least 50 people lined up at eight in the morning, a lady walked past everyone with the approval of those who were managing the admissions at that time, despite the anger and complaints of all present. Withdrawals were made with the door open, zero privacy. Particular rudeness, I would dare to say rudeness, on the part of those who performed my blood sampling (among other things quite painful), despite having reported being pregnant. Not recommended.

Sarebbe da 5 stelle se non per = 1. sito web eternamente "in costruzione", (ad esempio non si puo' sapere che esami fanno) e 2. I tremendi gradini per l'accesso.
Too bad we didn't find out earlier. Reasonable staff, much better waits than anywhere else, skilled, experienced pickers.
It would be 5 stars if not for = 1. website eternally "under construction", (for example you can't know what exams they take) and 2. The tremendous steps to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione delle code, assembramenti in sala d'aspetto. Scortesia e nessun rispetto delle regole basi di igiene: le persone appoggiano materiale biologico ovunque, non viene sanificata la postazione dei prelievi e tra un paziente e l'altro non vengono cambiati i guanti monouso. Una città come Milano non può permettere che esistano ancora luoghi sanitari gestiti in questa maniera!
Bad queue management, crowds in the waiting room. Unkindness and no respect for the basic rules of hygiene: people place biological material everywhere, the sampling station is not sanitized and disposable gloves are not changed between one patient and another. A city like Milan cannot allow health care facilities managed in this way to still exist!
