Non per il centro medico ma per Google Maps che da delle indicazioni sbagliate. Ti fa arrivare in un condominio con portineria dove le gentili signore mi hanno informato che la struttura è infondo alla via, a dire loro molte persone arrivano a chiedere questa informazione. Guardare i numeri civici.

Super consigliato! I risultati arrivano davvero in tempi brevissimi. I tempi di attesa non sono mai lunghi, anzi si trova sempre poca gente!

Veloci, precisi e soprattutto attenti. Mi hanno fatto notare che nella mia prescrizione mancavano alcuni esami suggerendomi di confrontarmi con il mio medico. Grazie a loro ho risparmiato più di 150€. Consigliato!

atrocious service with rude and unwelcoming staff. business is also dishonest, as mentioned in the review above. if you're a tourist looking to do a COVID test, this is not the place you want to go. there are many more honest clinics in the vicinity which offer the same service, for a more reasonable price, and better service (e.g.: farmacie stilo milano, they have several branches).

would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment in advance and paid to take a COVID test here. to start off, the clinic provided me with a wrong address. I had to ask several locals before finding the correct address, which was a 10 minute walk away. I ended up arriving at the clinic 30min late, and the ladies at the counter told me I could not take the test as I was late. upon enquiring further, they refused to budge even after explaining my situation & that I had paid for the test. interestingly, there were several Italians waiting to take the test at the time, which makes me wonder if this was a nationality/racism issue (I am Asian). it seems that this has been a repeat issue from previous reviews on Google, but evidently the company has made no effort to provide customers with the correct address! this could have been done very simply by adding a word to the automated email or even providing the Google Maps link, which takes < 10 minutes. there was also no contact number provided in any of the emails. furthermore, no refund was offered and all I was given was an insincere and extremely rude apology made to quickly usher me away. even after I attempted to reach out to a customer service officer to obtain a refund, I was met with radio silence, and I ended up having to obtain the refund through my bank. this incident says a lot about this company, their values, and the hospitality they offer. if you're looking to take a COVID test, there are many more honest clinics in the vicinity (e.g.: farmacie stilo milano, they have several branches) which offer the same service, for a more reasonable price and better service.
