Siamo arrivati un po’ in anticipo ma non serviva per niente ? dopo mezz’ora d’attesa ho perso la pazienza ed ho chiesto se possiamo entrare finalmente per non arrivare in ritardo al lavoro (il personale stava mangiando-capisco che era ora di pranzo ormai ma se avete le prenotazioni dovete lavorare). Altra cosa che non mi torna: si entra da una parte e si esce da dietro, quindi uno deve fare un giro per tornare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo un’esperienza tragica: ho prenotato la mattina per il pomeriggio un’ecografia. Beh, la dottoressa (probabilmente non avvisata) ha pensato bene di non presentarsi. In accettazione, chiaramente mortificati (seppure non se ne fossero inizialmente nemmeno accorti, e mi avessero mandato a sedere in attesa di non essere probabilmente mai chiamato - se non mi fossi premurato io di controllare dopo un tot di vana attesa), hanno risolto chiedendo al dott. Raboni se poteva “pensarci lui”.
Disguido uno chiaramente deprecabile.
Bene, la visita è durata (non avevo il cronometro, ma secondo più secondo meno…) circa 118 secondi in totale, di cui al massimo 13 di ecografia (al massimo!) e 105 spesi tra compilare il referto, tagliare le foto e salutarmi. Speriamo sia un luminare che vede le cose dopo un istante (vorrei davvero non dubitarne!), però già la sensazione di uscire dalla visita e di avere seri dubbi sull’esito riferito dal dottore è stato davvero fastidioso.
Disguido due piuttosto fastidioso.
Aggiungo che la struttura è davvero fatiscente. Unica nota di merito per la guardia all’ingresso, la quale, viste le mie condizioni, si è premurata di aiutarmi (in termini di mobilità) il più possibile.
Disguido tre davvero poco accettabile.
Sono solito recarmi ai Punti RAF per le mie visite. Oggi ho provato qui perché non ho trovato posto là e l’eco mi pareva urgente. Mi permetto di dire che non c’è paragone.

Misunderstanding a clearly deplorable one.
Well, the visit lasted (I didn't have a stopwatch, but second plus second minus ...) about 118 seconds in total, of which a maximum of 13 of ultrasound (at most!) And 105 spent between filling in the report, cutting the photos and saying goodbye . We hope he is a luminary who sees things after a moment (I would really like not to doubt it!), But already the feeling of leaving the visit and having serious doubts about the outcome reported by the doctor was really annoying.
Two rather annoying mix-up.
I add that the structure is really dilapidated. Only note of merit for the guard at the entrance, who, given my condition, took care to help me (in terms of mobility) as much as possible.
Misunderstanding three really unacceptable.
I usually go to the RAF Points for my visits. Today I tried here because I didn't find a place there and the echo seemed urgent. I take the liberty of saying that there is no comparison.

La dottoressa che lo ha effettuato è una giovane ostetrica, cordiale preparatissima e molto delicata. Difficile trovare professionisti in grado di mettere così tanto a proprio agio. Consigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Due esami di laboratorio presenti in ricetta e registrati (particolarmente importanti) non sono stati eseguiti. L’errore ci può essere, dovuto a qualsiasi cosa reagenti o altro. Ma la cosa grave è che non sono stata avvertita per ripetere l’esame, ma scoperto solo dopo essermi recata allo sportello per il ritiro dei referti.
Bad service. Two laboratory tests present in the recipe and recorded (particularly important) were not performed. The error it can be due to anything other reagents. But the worst thing is that I have not been advised to repeat the test, but only found out after I went to the door to collect your reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato in questo centro un esame diagnostico la scorsa settimana e mi sono trovata malissimo. La ragazza all'accoglienza ha sbagliato indicazione sul reparto da raggiungere, l'incaricata per effettuare l'esame insensibile e un po' manesca, il referto intestato ad altra paziente e portale per scaricare l'esito complicato con istruzioni errate. Unica nota positiva la centralinista è stata cortese e professionale. Mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro ottimo, rispetto per le regole covid ( per esempio prima si entrava e usciva dalla stessa porta ora si entra da una parte e si esce dall'altra). Ho effettuato varie ecografie e mammografie, ho sempre trovato personale molto preparato e disponibile. Un elogio particolare alla giovane dottoressa che ho trovato l'ultima volta per il Pap test, delicata, gentile e preparata.
Excellent center, respect for the covid rules (for example before you entered and left the same door, now you enter on one side and exit on the other). I have carried out various ultrasounds and mammograms, I have always found very prepared and helpful staff. A special praise to the young doctor that I found last time for the Pap test, delicate, kind and prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante mi fossi informata telefonicamente sulla possibilità di fare esame di curva da carico, se dovessi prenotare etc, e mi fosse stato risposto un generico “venga quando vuole”, sono stata “congedata” alle ore 8.07 perché non c’era tempo per occuparsi di me. L’esame in questione (che praticamente tutte le donne gravide fanno) dura 2h e le analisi si fanno fino alle 10.30.
Non commento i modi delle persone alla reception, credo che ognuno svolga il suo lavoro nella misura in cui le sue competenze glielo permettono, però ritengo il servizio NON al livello necessario. Comunicate meglio, lo dico nell’interesse del vs business. Per fortuna l’offerta è varia, ho già trovato un altro centro che può soddisfare le mie esigenze (che, ripeto, non sono poi così difficili da soddisfare!). Buon lavoro a tutti
