Lavorano in struttura privata convenzionata, non in una miniera di uranio, dove ce le manderei. Secretarial staff to say the least unpleasant, snooty as if they were doing you a favor. They work in private contracted facilities, not in a uranium mine, where I would send them.

Struttura vecchissima, sia nell'arredamento anni '70, sia nelle attrezzature veramente obsolete probabilmente degli stessi anni... Eye examination. Mi sono trovata molto male, il dottore ha semplicemente eseguito l'ecografia senza rispondere ai quesiti che gli avevo posto. E' stato evasivo e mi ha rimandato al mio medico di base. Neanche fosse una revisione auto. Sono veramente amareggiata del fatto che certi medici non abbiano un minimo di umanità. I did an ultrasound with Dr. Nebuloni. I found myself very ill, the doctor simply performed the ultrasound without answering the questions I asked him. He was evasive and sent me back to my primary care physician. Not even a car review. I am truly disappointed that some doctors do not have a minimum of humanity.

La struttura eroga prestazioni convenzionate col sistema sanitario nazionale, con tempi di attesa ragionevoli. X le prestazioni che ho avuto, posso dire che i referti sono molto molto accurati e i medici molto scrupolosi. Unica pecca, l'ambiente è un po' vintage, spero non lo siano gli strumenti messi a disposizione dei medici. Anche il personale amministrativo è gentile. Ho prenotato una visita otorinolaringoiatrica tramite SSN e la disponibilità è stata praticamente immediata, il personale è stato attento, puntuale e gentilissimo (ultimamente ho notato che è sempre più una rarità), una dottoressa preparata, scrupolosa e molto umana mi ha dato tutte le risposte che cercavo, non potevo chiedere di meglio. E l'addetta mi domanda con chi ha parlato come se al telefono uno facesse le presentazioni. Ovviamente nessuna visita, nemmeno un cenno per venirmi incontro considerato che sono qui ed ho preso permesso! Esperienza da dimenticare e professionalità sotto zero. Crazy. I have spent 1 hour waitnig and after that time the doctor has told me that she can't accept me today cause nobody has informed me about rules of a visit I should respect. Then I have spent other 30 mins cause the receptionist didn't know how can she give my money back? Moreover for that visit I had to ask 2 hours of permission at my work. I wouldn't strongly recommend it.
