Dato però che ci sono sempre margini di miglioramento in qualsivoglia attività lavorativa, al momento classifico quindi con "solo" 4 stelle di gradimento il Servizio diretto appunto dalla competente e gentile Dottoressa Negrini, con l'auspicio, essendo ( purtroppo ), causa cagionevole stato di salute, un "cliente" assiduo della Sanità Regionale, di potere in futuro aggiungere ancora un'ultima stella e raggiungere così il massimo della valutazione consentita. However, since there is always room for improvement in any work activity, at the moment I therefore classify the Service directed by the competent and kind Doctor Negrini with "only" 4 stars, with the hope, being (unfortunately), due to a poor condition of health, an assiduous "client" of the Regional Healthcare, to be able in the future to add one more star and thus reach the maximum allowed evaluation.

Molte grazie care signore. Non avete idea di cosa significhi trovare chi ti aiuta con incombenze burocratiche quando sei rintronata tra una chemio e l altra! Consiglio vivamente di cambiare personale educazione con pazienti zero. The handset has just been hung up after an hour of waiting by an incompetent and rude person from the booking office .. Se prenoti una risonanza magnetica non ti dicono quali documenti portare e quando sei lì e dichiari nell'anamnesi di aver fatto un piccolo intervento al cuore, non basta spiegare di non aver protesi di alcun tipo, vogliono addirittura la cartella clinica dell'intervento altrimenti ti rispediscono a casa dopo più di un mese di attesa!!! Peccato che il loro tempo non vale più del mio e la colpa è loro perchè NON LO DICONO PRIMA!!! Ma il paziente non è mica un sensitivo! Non solo!!! La ricetta viene pure annullata e bisogna fare tutto l'iter per richiederla nuovamente! Se ci fosse un voto meno di 1 lo metterei...Roba da insulti. Unprofessional and negligent. Too bad their time is not worth more than mine and it's their fault because they DON'T SAY IT FIRST !!! But the patient is not a psychic! Not only!!! The recipe is also canceled and you have to do the whole process to request it again! If there was a vote less than 1 I would put it ... Insulting stuff.
