Andrà bene per gli adulti però sono stanco di gente per la quale la relazione è strumento di lavoro e si comporta come se fosse un dettaglio. It will be fine for adults but I am tired of people for whom the relationship is a working tool and behaves as if it were a detail.

Grazie dell'ottimo servizio, basterebbe proporre a tutti se desiderino il servizio di ritiro referti online (ancor di più ad una persona di 30 anni) e il gioco sarebbe fatto. Per non parlare dell'assurda pretesa di ricevere la ricetta (elettronica) del medico stampata su carta, nonostante in precedenza la norma fosse la condivisione della ricetta tramite email. Service not up to par with an excellent hospital like the HSR: very long acceptance times, even in the presence of a small number of people in the queue, unfriendly staff. Not to mention the absurd claim to receive the doctor's (electronic) prescription printed on paper, despite previously sharing the prescription via email.

Ce ne sono tanti a Milano, sceglietene un altro e state lontani da questo. The girls at the "cash desk" are extremely rude, zero desire to work. Not very hospitable, not very welcoming. Worst place to take blood draws doesn't exist. There are many in Milan, choose another one and stay away from this one.

Sono contenta di andare da anni sempre lì. Unica cosa, la fila che si forma e non ci sono controlli x le distanze e dove le persone si devono posizionare nonostante il cartello! The people in charge of the acceptance are very kind as well as the doctor who makes the sample. Clean place. Everything always under control. I am happy to have always been there for years. The only thing is the line that forms and there are no controls for the distances and where people have to position themselves despite the sign!

Per due volte ho dovuto rinunciare perché veniva fatto un prelievo ogni 15 e più minuti e la fila in attesa sostanzialmente non diminuiva. La prima volta ho rinunciato. La seconda, dopo tre quarti d’ora di attesa. Senza che la mia posizione in fila cambiasse significativamente, ho rinunciato e mi sono recato presso l’Auxologico dove in dieci minuti (10 minuti!) mi hanno fatto il prelievo. Se l’ospedale è allo stesso livello, meglio starne lontano. Giuliano Pagani Horrible place to absolutely avoid! I have tried twice within 15 days to make a withdrawal at your location. Twice I had to give up because a withdrawal was made every 15 or more minutes and the waiting line did not substantially decrease. The first time I gave up. The second, after three quarters of an hour of waiting. Without my position in the queue changing significantly, I gave up and went to the Auxologico where I was collected in ten minutes (10 minutes!). If the hospital is on the same level, it is better to stay away from it. Giuliano Pagani
