★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio di prenotazione. Via mail tempi di risposta lunghissimi. Telefonicamente operatori impreparati, che non essendo formati per gestire le richieste fanno cadere la linea!!!!! È davvero un disastro!
 Bad booking service. Very long response times by e-mail. Unprepared operators by telephone, who, not being trained to handle requests, drop the line !!!!! It really is a disaster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di prenotare una visita neurologica in altra struttura. AVRETE BISOGNO DI CURARE LO STRESS CAUSATO DALLA MUSICHETTA DI ATTESA PER PARLARE CON UN UN OPERATORE "NEL PIU' BREVE TEMPO POSSIBILE"
I recommend booking a neurological visit in another facility. YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THE STRESS CAUSED BY THE WAITING MUSLET IN ORDER TO TALK TO AN OPERATOR "IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivdo la recensione negativa di chi ha scritto prima di me a questo CDI. Ho chiamato il 2/11/2021 alle 12.45. Dopo 15 minuti di attesa, risponde una operatrice svogliata che dopo due domande, senza neanche attendere la mia risposta, ha messo giù! ...pazzesco. Peccato perché i centri CDI non sono tutti messi così male.
I share the negative review of those who wrote this CDI before me. I called on 11/2/2021 at 12.45. After 15 minutes of waiting, a listless operator answers and after two questions, without even waiting for my answer, she put down! ...crazy. Too bad because the CDI centers are not all in such bad shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata due volte per visita ginecologica e ritiro referti in due giorni diversi. La prima volta ho aspettato 1 ora, la seconda volta 30 minuti. In entrambi i casi sono stata chiamata solo dopo mia insistenza. Visita sbrigativa e con poca empatia. Questo centro è dislocato su due piani, ci sono evidenti problemi di comunicazione/organizzazione tra reception e medico. Logistica e organizzazione da migliorare sicuramente, così come l'attenzione e l'empatia con il paziente. Esperienza negativa. Peccato perché non ho avuto esperienze del genere negli altri CDI di Milano, Porta Nuova e Cairoli.
I have been twice for gynecological examination and collection of reports on two different days. The first time I waited 1 hour, the second time 30 minutes. In both cases I was called only after my insistence. A hasty visit with little empathy. This center is spread over two floors, there are obvious communication / organization problems between reception and doctor. Logistics and organization to be definitely improved, as well as attention and empathy with the patient. Bad experience. Too bad because I have not had such experiences in the other CDIs in Milan, Porta Nuova and Cairoli.

Vero, sarei potuto arrivare in anticipo all'accettazione, ma in molte altre strutture private il tempo impiegato è molto inferiore. Non ci tornerò
Arrived on time, waited 15 minutes for admission, in the meantime the doctor slipped the customers. Received 45 min late, 5 min visit. True, I could have arrived early for admission, but in many other private establishments the time taken is much less. I will not go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second episode In my CDI Odyssey. Arrived here for an appointment only to find out that the doctor had decided to leave for the day without checking her agenda. The receptionist said "this is not unusual", it called the doctor anyway. Doctor said (without asking about my state): "Book him for tomorrow". Not to mention I paid to get here during my working hours and back. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the receptionist was kind enough to get me an urgent appointment today at another address.
