★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio. Medici eccellenti e volontari umani e disponibili. I tempi di attesa dal momento della prenotazione non sono eccessivi. Io lì effettuo visita ginecologica con pap-test, visita dermatologica, visita con senologo, mammografia ed ecografia al seno. Il tutto ad un costo molto democratico.
Consigliatissimo
 Excellent service. Excellent doctors and human and available volunteers. Waiting times from the time of booking are not excessive. I there I perform gynecological examination with pap smear, dermatological, visit with breast specialist, mammography and breast ultrasound. All at a very democratic cost.

I have been doing checks on them for thirty years, they are very good and nothing to say really, I would never change. The memory of Dr. Canigiula always in the heart, a great man of heart and unique professional, but they are all very good.

Per me (e chi come me) è timoroso dell'ambiente medico, è stata una piacevole scoperta. Bontà d'animo e pazienza che non si trova spesso nel servizio sanitario statale. Mi sono già affezzionata!❤
First time, and first visit. Doctors, healthcare staff and volunteer staff trained, helpful and kind. For me (and those like me) who are afraid of the medical environment, it was a pleasant discovery. Goodness of mind and patience not often found in the state health service. I am already fond of! ❤

Prenoto una visita tramite cup solidale per un eco 4 giorni dopo (non ho prenotato il giorno prima), ricevo un messaggio di conferma con codice numerico annesso, mi chiama -ANCHE- un centralino LILT il giorno prima della visita e mi confermano.
Vado in loco per ecografia mammaria (per me fondamentale perché è un anno che cerco di fare un eco nei vari centri post ago biopsia al seno in humanitas) mi mandano via senza propormi alcuna soluzione, anzi mi sono sentita anche in imbarazzo sentendo la signora dirigersi e rivolgersi alla sua collega nella zona d'ingresso dicendo "c'è una "ragazza" che dice di avere appuntamento ma è impossibile" come se la responsabilità fosse mia, hanno solo dato la colpa alla CUP solidale (anche se fosse allora è meglio interrompere questo metodo di prenotazione se non si è in grado di gestirlo) ho percepito nei miei confronti un atteggiamento sbrigativo, come se non fosse successo nulla di grave e come se il mio tempo valesse zero (senza contare il lato psicologico) trovo assurdo un simile trattamento soprattutto in quello che dovrebbe essere un luogo serio e pieno di empatia.
Apprezzo però la chiamata ricevuta da un ragazzo del centro LILT un ora dopo l'accaduto, è stato molto cordiale e si sentiva il dispiacere sincero e rammarico nella voce, lui invece mi ha chiesto se volevo prendere un nuovo appuntamento ma ho declinato perché ho contattato la clinica e onlus columbus sotto casa mia sperando di non far passare altro tempo visto che non si tratta di visite di piacere.
Ci sono rimasta male perché non è un disguido da poco, riguardava una visita necessaria, visita che attendevo, senza contare gli spostamenti e tempo perso inutilmente.
Shocked by the treatment received.
I book a visit via solidarity cup for an echo 4 days later (I didn't book the day before), I receive a confirmation message with an attached numeric code, a LILT switchboard calls me the day before the visit and they confirm me.
I go to the site for breast ultrasound (fundamental for me because I have been trying to make an echo in the various post-needle breast biopsy centers in humanitas for a year) they send me away without offering me any solution, indeed I also felt embarrassed hearing the lady go and address her colleague in the entrance area saying "there is a" girl "who says she has an appointment but it's impossible" as if the responsibility was mine, they just blamed the CUP in solidarity (even if it were then it's better interrupt this booking method if you are not able to manage it) I perceived a hasty attitude towards me, as if nothing serious had happened and as if my time was worth zero (not counting the psychological side) I find such an absurd treatment especially in what should be a serious and empathetic place.
But I appreciate the call received from a guy from the LILT center an hour after the incident, he was very friendly and you could hear sincere sorrow and regret in his voice, he instead asked me if I wanted to make a new appointment but I declined because I contacted the columbus clinic and non-profit organization under my house, hoping not to let any more time pass since these are not pleasure visits.
I was disappointed because it is not a small mistake, it concerned a necessary visit, a visit that I was waiting for, not to mention the trips and time lost in vain.

La dottoressa che mi ha fatto la visita al seno è stata a mio giudizio poco professionale: ha espresso opinioni estetiche non richieste. Anni fa mi sono sottoposta ad una operazione additiva al seno e mi ha fatto domande sulla mia ultima visita dal chirurgo per poi pronunciarsi su questioni estetiche che non la riguardano. Il medico dovrebbe fare il medico e dare solo responsi medici attinenti alla visita prenotata.
Nulla da eccepire alla mammografia : persona dolcissima, disponibile, affabile che ringrazio per la pazienza e l’estrema gentilezza dimostrata.
I went to this center on Saturday for a breast examination and a mammogram.
In my opinion, the doctor who visited my breast was unprofessional: she expressed unsolicited aesthetic opinions. Years ago I underwent breast augmentation and she asked me about my last visit to the surgeon and then ruled on cosmetic issues that don't concern her. The doctor should act as a doctor and only give medical responses relating to the booked visit.
Nothing to complain about mammography: a very sweet, helpful, affable person whom I thank for the patience and extreme kindness shown.
