I medici sono però un po sbrigativi nell'emettere il loro report, perdendo un po il ruolo del medico: far capire al paziente che cos'ha o potrebbe avere (non basta dirlo o scriverlo in termini medici) e così renderlo partecipe della diagnosi, oltre che dargli una parola di fiducia. Questo a mio avviso si è perso.. e limita l'impatto positivo della loro preparazione. Da non sottovalutare.

La voce guida informa subito dei lunghi tempi di attesa e invita a richiamare, ho mandato una mail come indicato tra le opzioni di prenotazione ma nessuna mi ha contattata. Capisco il momento pandemia ma nn capisco come mai x prenotare prestazioni a pagamento rispondono subito..???? I've been trying to call almost daily since early January to book an exam, impossible! I understand the pandemic moment but I don't understand why x book paid services respond immediately..????

Mi arriva un sms in cui dice che posso ritirarli… vado, fila allo sportello, ma non li trova, mi manda al primo piano dove, con qualche telefonata dell’ impiegata si spiega l’arcano: non sono ancora pronti! Mi consiglia di non dare retta agli sms! Mi telefoneranno loro! Dopo 13 gg??!! Ma dai!… P.s. Dopo 15 gg ho ritirato i referti e avuto tutta la relazione dalla dott.ssa di riferimento. A parte il ritardo tutto ok… Mmah! Until a few years ago it seemed a much more efficient structure ... Check-up done thirteen days ago and the reports are not yet ready. P	Paola C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la qualità dei servizi è scaduta negli ultimi anni. Anche accedendo privatamente lunghi tempi di attesa al telefono. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e spesso non si trova nemmeno il posto. La ciliegina sulla torta è che ora tutti i referti sono solo online e ci sono problemi a scaricare le immagini, se vuoi il CD con le immagini devi pagare altri 25 euro. Davanti allo specialista, provo ad accedere al sito dei referti on line e la piattaforma è fuori uso per manutenzione. Va bene ridurre i costi e il personale, ma devi garantire il servizio (profumatamente pagato). Unfortunately, the quality of the services has declined in recent years. Oggi ho speso 750 € per una AngioTac Coronarica e il dottore che mi ha fatto la Tac invece di leggere i rapporti delle visite del mio cardiologo, ha chiesto a me per quale motivo ero lì. Quando gli ho detto per una dilatazione di 53 mm dell'aorta ,lui con sarcasmo mi ha detto che non lo vedeva scritto. Allora io che ero già sul lettino della Tac ,ho dovuto prendere la cartella degli esami e indicargli col dito dove era scritto. Quindi sono stato trattato molto male e con poca professionalità. Sconsigliatissimo. I put a star but I would have done without that too. Today I spent € 750 for a Coronary AngioTac and the doctor who did the CT scan instead of reading my cardiologist's visit reports, asked me why I was there. When I told him about a 53mm dilation of the aorta, he sarcastically told me he didn't see it written.
