Devo fare il vaccino in gravidanza ma numero di telefono inesistente e se ti presenti di persona ti trattano pure male però dicono che devi chiamare.. ma a quale numero? Ma non ci riesco, non va il numero che mi hanno dato quando mi sono presentata di persona. Ho chiamato 14 volte. Oltre a essere un DISSERVIZIO è pure PESSIMO. Una stella è troppo.?? PER correttezza, ritiro quanto scritto prima, perché ricontattato il centro, ho trovato una signora gentilissima con la quale abbiamo pianificato appuntamento e vaccinazione pneumococco. Clima pessimo e ostile, ogni membro del personale risponde male o aggredisce verbalmente chi è in attesa o chiede aiuto cortesemente. Pessima organizzazione del triage e dell’accettazione. L’orario dell’appuntamento mi è stato posticipato di 8 minuti senza alcun avviso, nessun problema se non fosse che all’accettazione vieni insultato se arrivi in anticipo o se dai un orario diverso da quello che hanno loro. Ma cosa peggiore e più grave di tutte, non c’è alcun rispetto della privacy: nella sala d’attesa le persone vengono chiamate per nome e vengono chieste informazioni sensibili legate alla prestazione prenotata davanti a tutti. Davvero imbarazzante e illegale. Extremely rude and disorganized staff. Bad and hostile weather, every member of staff responds badly or verbally assaults whoever is waiting or asks politely for help. Bad organization of triage and acceptance. The appointment time was postponed by 8 minutes without any warning, no problem except that you are insulted upon check-in if you arrive early or if you give a different time to the one they have. But worst and most serious of all, there is no respect for privacy: in the waiting room people are called by name and are asked for sensitive information related to the service booked in front of everyone. Really embarrassing and illegal.
