Saturday 29 January 2022 vaccination center of the San Carlo hospital in Milan, a delirium! Waits up to 4 hours in a crowded environment without respecting the distancing. They do not ask if you have had contact with infected people. And if, as in my case, you report having had a deceased family member from Covid a few days earlier, they'll respond as if it didn't concern them. Arrogant, rude and pedantic vaccinating doctors. You bring your health records but don't even look at it. You report problems with previous vaccinations but they don't even listen to you. You communicate your pathologies and allergies and they look at you with disdain without answering you.
Especially the vaccinating doctor in room 3 seemed bothered by everything. He has had discussions with various people. A very kind nurse then explained to me that it was a San Paolo doctor who was temporarily transferred to the San Carlo for vaccinations.
Otherwise they all looked like runaways, who accidentally ended up working in a hospital. Pathetic clowns called on the spot to reassure the children, who fortunately were not there.
If the heroes of healthcare are these individuals, it is better to take care of themselves at home. My sister might have been saved.
In the difficult period of the pandemic, I had the opportunity to get to know the true face of Italian healthcare. Many good doctors and nurses, but many others arrogant, incapable and incompetent, approximate, lavative and fancazzisti. Suffice it to see the star virologists, sick of protagonism, always on television and almost never in the workplace.
May they learn education and humility, and perhaps a little better their profession.

I had never been to this hospital, except yesterday and this morning in the emergency room, and I must say that I found myself very well! The medical and nursing staff are very kind and humane with patients, and mostly very nice, same goes for the OSS, very helpful and competent! I have found scrupulous doctors, who have gone to great lengths to analyze my problem, which they do not do in all hospitals! You have to arm yourself with a lot of patience, because there are really a lot of people at every hour of the day! Congratulations to all the First Aid Staff and thank you very much for the care given!

I accompanied my husband for a cardiological visit. At the entrance they checked the green pass, we entered and abused immediately on the right following the indications of the cup, found friendly and helpful staff, we did it quickly. We went up to the second floor of building C, they made us sit in a waiting room, my husband for the visit and examination with Dr. Garagiola Maria was called shortly after. Finally for the outcome we waited again in the room and shortly after the doctor brought it to us. Very detailed visit, examination explained and successfully performed report and explanation. My husband found himself very well and let's say that (fortunately) everything is just as good! The hospital itself abroad looks a bit dated but internally it is well maintained and also clean.

β β β β β Had to go to the A&E (Emergency Room) for a health situation with a friend. She was immediately assessed in a thorough manner and then classified as a green case (which turned out to be entirely correct). As it was between 8pm and midnight, the A&E was quite busy but we saw a doctor after a couple of hours of waiting (that's ok!). The doctor was very considered, spoke good English and helped greatly. I have to say a big thank you to the staff, they work so hard and face some tough situations. Not everyone speaks English but you can easily find a member of staff who speaks good English. They are professional and care for you. Thank you, Grazie.
