Ha deciso per una strategia conservativa, motivando dettagliatamente la sua scelta che poi si è rivelata assolutamente vincente. Lo ringrazio per aver deciso di non operarmi! Il recupero è molto veloce e sono molto soddisfatto dell'assistenza del dottore. Anche la seconda visita è stata molto approfondita e mi ha dedicato il tempo necessario per spiegare tutto. Castellani è anche caratterizzato da grande serietà professionale e cerca sempre, ove possibile, una soluzione "semplice" e naturale ai problemi ortopedici, senza necessariamente ricorrere al bisturi.
