Arrivato lì,c'e' stato un malinteso e oltre a non farmi vedere il medico,mi hanno anche accusato di aver mentito al telefono qualificandomi come paziente (come se poi potessi presentarmi come paziente mentre sto lavorando). Il colmo si è raggiunto dopo, ignari forse che per un loro errore ho perso molto tempo a lavoro,mi richiamano chiedendo dove fossi (ancora mi scambiavano per un paziente,dopo che ero andato via) alla mia richiesta di organizzarsi meglio,la segretaria mi risponde stizzita. Dopo qualche minuto mi arriva anche la chiamata del responsabile in cui mi insulta e inizia a minacciarmi. Mai sentita tante urla isteriche al telefono. After a few minutes I also get the call from the manager in which he insults me and starts threatening me. Never heard so many hysterical screams on the phone. Boh

Sono arrivata lì per necessità dentistiche e poi fisioterapiche. Ma a seconda dei gg si trovano ortopedici, dermatologi e psicologi. Una risorsa importante per il quartiere! Per cause che non potevo prevedere, sono arrivata con 20 minuti di ritardo, ho chiaramente chiamato per avvisare, giunta in studio non sono stata ricevuta dal medico perché il tempo era scaduto. Sebbene riconosca il mio ritardo (ma gli inconvenienti possono accadere), ritengo che sarebbe stato opportuno una maggiore comprensione e che sarebbe stato possibile trovare una soluzione (per esempio, farmi attendere il turno, dando la precedenza al paziente dopo di me e ridurre il tempo della mia visita) per non perdere un paziente che si riceve per la prima volta e che magari ha anche disdetto altri impegni per esserci. Detto ciò, chiaramente, non mi esprimo sulla professionalità, perché non ho avuto modo di valutare e inoltre mi fido del mio medico di base, né sulla gentilezza della receptionist che ha solo fatto il suo lavoro e anche con garbo.
