R	Roberta Orianda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la prima visita presso la clinica physioclinic ad aprile 2019 e mi era parso serio e professionale. Conseguentemente ho preso appuntamento per la settimana del 18 luglio, presso la clinica informandoli espressamente che sarei venuta apposta in Italia per effettuare gli esami da lui prescritti e la visita con il dottore dato che vivo all’estero per motivi di lavoro. Avevo anche mandato una mail al dottore per avere una certezza in più sull’appuntamento. Durante la giornata nella quale stavo effettuando gli esami da lui richiesti, ho ricevuto la chiamata dalla physioclinic che mi informava della cancellazione di tutti gli appuntamenti proprio in quella settimana. Vista la mia partenza e data la mancanza di alternative, ho dovuto rinunciare alla visita. Mi ritrovo con un problema irrisolto, del gran tempo sprecato e soldi dei voli buttati. Ringrazio il dottore e la clinica per la scarsa professionalità. I made the first visit to the physioclinic clinic in April 2019 and it seemed serious and professional. Consequently, I made an appointment for the week of July 18, at the clinic expressly informing them that I came all the way to Italy to perform examinations prescribed by him and the visit to the doctor because I live abroad for work purposes. I had also sent an e-mail to the doctor to have more certainty about the appointment. During the day in which I was carrying out the tests required by him, I got the call from Physioclinic informing me of the cancellation of all their appointments that week. Given my departure and given the lack of alternatives, I had to give up the visit. I find myself with an unresolved problem, wasted time and wasteful money. I thank the doctor and the clinic for their lack of professionalism.

Il mio ginocchio sinistro funziona meglio di prima ... TOP Very experienced and very nice doctor, Operated by him twice, the first for rupture of the anterior cruciate, the second for meniscus. My left knee works better than before ... TOP

Arrivi 45' prima, fai accettazione per poi attendere fino alle 10.05 e vedere il dottore (che nin stava visitando) uscire dal sup studio dicendo ad un collega: "vado a fare un giro di sopra" e quando gli faccio presente che ormai da 10' stavo aspettando per essere visitato, mi chiede di aspettarlo x 5'. 35' dopo non era ancora tornato, quindi, vista la professionalità pari a 0, mi sono recato a farmi rimborsare la visita. VERGOGNA !!!!! Ciò nonostante 50€ di taxi avanti e indietro. Unfortunately nin you can give 0 !!!! Privately booked accommodation (180 €) at the Galeazzi.
