Il posto è ben organizzato e molto pulito, bagno incluso. Grande attenzione alle misure anti covid.
È comodissimo se si arriva col passante o con la metro.
Consigliato.
 Very courteous and helpful staff; the doctor who takes the blood samples is very smart, fast and to put you at ease.
The place is well organized and very clean including bathroom. Great attention to anti-covid measures.
It is very convenient if you arrive by passer-by or by subway.

Booked covid test with guaranteed results in one day. Surprise on arrival. Results in 24 hours suspended without warning and tide of people forced to cancel the flight. I will never trust Synlab again!

Tenendo conto che non abito nelle vicinanze, nei giorni che precedevano il prelievo, ho chiesto delucidazioni sulla prestazione medica specialistica a cui mia figlia doveva accedere per accertarmi che le impegnative prescritte fossero segnate correttamente per accettazione. Un esame particolare, non comune e probabilmente raramente richiesto. Ho domandato in più occasioni, di persona e tramite posta elettronica di poter cortesemente verificare se fosse corretto codici e modalità su impegnative e foglio informato. Per la stessa prestazione mi sono state fornite indicazioni divergenti e non completamente corrette mettendomi in difficoltà con lo specialista e facendomi accedere in struttura inutilmente. Il mio giudizio non può che essere negativo.
Hello, I was referred to this facility by the specialist. Taking into account that I do not live nearby, in the days preceding the collection, I asked for clarifications on the specialist medical service that my daughter had to access to make sure that the prescriptions prescribed were correctly marked for acceptance. A particular, uncommon and probably rarely required exam. I have asked on several occasions, in person and by e-mail, to be able to kindly check if the codes and procedures on the binding documents and information sheet were correct. For the same service, I was given divergent and not completely correct information, putting me in difficulty with the specialist and making me access the facility unnecessarily. My opinion can only be negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fulfilled all the requirements for a PCR test for entry into Canada. Cost was 50 euro plus 10 for an English report in addition to the Italian. Friendly staff but only a few spoke English. Well organized and fast processing. Testing took around 15 minutes and results were given within 36 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unkind staffs. They never wanted to answer any of my questions and every time I got cranky answers which was like "ok, I will answer only this question, so no more question, stop, go away!"
But I had to answer those questions so I could make sure to get the right documents to get back home, but then after I got everything done, I felt like I was sooooo refused the whole time. I think they should remember that customers pay money and they make living from! Whatever!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience with this laboratory. As an international tourist I needed a COVID-19 PCR test to get back to my country. I booked online the day before (no walk-in appointments are taken). Nice staff who spoke English. Got sample taken after waiting for about 10-15 minutes, and got results in less than 24 hours.
