L	Libera Ciuffreda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concedo 1 stella solo perché non si possono lasciare di meno ..(mi riferisco al laboratorio di via Monte Palombino) una receptionist che nn dovrebbe coprire quel posto , perché indisponente, arrogante e poco educata. Il suo ruolo è trasmettere i valori importanti dell'azienda presso cui esercita il suo compito e non fare scappare le persone perché non riesce a gestire i clienti con le loro necessità. Ho chiamato per tre giorni di fila a tutte le sedi mattina pomeriggio sera notte perché hanno sbagliato il cognome e l'indirizzo di residenza di mia moglie ( dovrei farmi rimborsare il tampone dall assicurazione e potrebbe essere un problema) e perché non mi hanno dato l'esito del tampone rapido tra i fogli che LORO mi hanno dato. Non rispondono neanche alle mail ovviamente.E fisicamente non possiamo andare. Quindi dovete sperare di non avere imprevisti . Come la stragrande maggioranza delle cose in questo mondo sei una mucca da spremere e poi avanti un altro. Il mattino seguente alla reception non riescono a trovare l'esame. Mezz'ora di ricerche, consultazioni, telefonate ecc. prima di scoprire che l'esame lo fanno ma a patto di spedirlo in un altro laboratorio e di pagarlo privatamente (nonostante avessi regolare impegnativa) "solo" 80 Euro. Risultato: mattinata persa, prelievo non eseguito e tanta frustrazione. A rendere l'esperienza ancora più fastidiosa receptionist con mascherina abbassata tutto il tempo e continuamente interrotte da clienti in cerca di favori personali. A	Aldo Armando Cezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per anni ( decenni ) siamo stati, a partire dai miei genitori, clienti dell' Istituto e precisamente del centro prelievi di via Chopin, sempre con nostra soddisfazione grazie anche alla gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora dell'accettazione.. Purtroppo l'ultima esperienza si è rivelata estremamente negativa: mia moglie ha richiesto il pacchetto di analisi ematica e coltura batterica in forma privata con invio degli esiti on line, data di ritiro in laboratorio il 16/04/2022. Solitamente on line sono disponibili molto prima. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna documentazione, il mattino del 16 aprile ho provato a ritirarle al centro prelievi trovando chiuso con riapertura al 19/04. Sul sito non è possibile accedere ai documenti se non previo invio della loro comunicazione e telefonicamente non reperibili, la segreteria telefonica è fissa sull'attesa e non comunica la chiusura dell'istituto. E' sottinteso che gli esiti sono molto importanti per mia moglie per capire se è in corso un'infezione e tre giorni di attesa supplementari hanno il loro grande peso su una persona non in salute. P.S. Non è mia abitudine recensire negativamente, questa è la prima volta, trattandosi di salute però ed essendo terribilmente arrabbiato non ho potuto farne a meno. It goes without saying that the outcomes are very important for my wife to understand if an infection is in progress, and three additional days of waiting have their own weight on an unhealthy person. P.S. It is not my habit to review negatively, this is the first time, though it is about health and being terribly angry I could not help it.
F	Franca Brambilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È incredibile, mi sono recata stamattina per fare degli esami del sangue, a parte che all'interno c'erano minimo 10 persone in un ambiente piccolissimo, ma la cosa pazzesca è che vengono eseguiti tamponi covid senza nessun distanziamento dalle persone che debbono fare un normale prelievo del sangue , ma sia tamponi che prelievi vengono eseguito nella stessa stanzetta senza sanificare la postazione tra un prelievo ed un tampone covid. Alla mia domanda del perché vengono eseguiti tamponi e prelievo nello stesso ambiente mi è stato risposto che non avevamo altro spazio..........vergognoso, ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE, IO SONO ANDATA VIA IMMEDIATAMENTE MI RIFERISCO AL LABORATORIO DI VIA FARINI It's incredible, I went this morning to do some blood tests, apart from the fact that there were at least 10 people inside in a very small room, but the crazy thing is that covid swabs are performed without any distancing from the people who have to do a normal blood sampling, but both swabs and samplings are performed in the same room without sanitizing the position between a sampling and a covid swab.
