Molto gentile e delicata la professionista che effettua i prelievi. Possibilità di prenotare l'appuntamento online, e grande velocità nel fornire i referti (anche questi disponibili online). Consigliatissimo! Small analysis laboratory (which is part of a network of sampling points), which offers a kind and fast service. Mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Ho apprezzato inoltre anche la prassi adottata per il Covid e la possibilità di accedere tramite appuntamento on line. Non è da tutte le strutture fare degli esami con questa serenità. Grazie e bravi! Prelievo avvenuto con estrema serenità con un medico delicato e gentile. Il referto doveva essere pronto dopo 3 giorni, per scrupolo ho controllato online la sera dopo ed il file era già presente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e d’ora in poi sarà il mio riferimento per eseguire questo tipo di prestazioni. Exceptional experience. Booked online two days before, little waiting for check-in, zero waiting in the waiting room. Collection took place with extreme serenity with a delicate and kind doctor. The report had to be ready after 3 days, for the sake of scruple I checked online the following evening and the file was already present. I highly recommend this facility and from now on it will be my reference for performing this type of performance.

All'accettazione incontro una signora educata, gentile, veloce ed efficiente, il tutto accompagnato da un sorriso. Appena entro nella stanza dei prelievi vengo accolta (senza neanche una risposta al mio buongiorno) dall'infermiera che letteralmente mi dice: "E lei stava lì ad aspettare così, non poteva preparare già il braccio? Ha ancora il giubbotto addosso! Dai se lo tolga!" Premetto che capisco i ritmi di lavoro (faccio il medico), ma non capisco la maleducazione. Dietro di me in fila non c'erano altre persone in attesa, e in ogni caso un paziente non è tenuto a spogliarsi in sala d'attesa. L'ho trovato estremamente fuori luogo. As soon as I enter the sampling room I am greeted (without even an answer to my good morning) by the nurse who literally says to me: "And she was there waiting like this, couldn't she already prepare her arm? She still has the jacket on! take off! " I state that I understand the rhythms of work (I am a doctor), but I do not understand the rudeness. There were no other people waiting in line behind me, and in any case a patient is not required to undress in the waiting room. I found it extremely out of place.

Che dire, appena arrivat* sei subito accolt* benissimo: - il laboratorio è pulitissimo, - il personale è gentile e cordiale, - si fa tutto, dall’accettazione al prelievo in meno di 15 minuti. In 25 anni di prelievi e analisi, questa è stata la mia esperienza migliore. Super consigliato! ?? PS: Barbara, in accettazione, oltre che super professionale, è anche molto gentile… una di quelle persone che trasmette allegria alle 7 di mattina! I went to Synlab for urgent blood tests. What can I say, as soon as you arrive you are immediately welcomed very well: - the laboratory is very clean, - the staff is polite and friendly, - everything is done, from acceptance to withdrawal in less than 15 minutes. In 25 years of sampling and analysis, this has been my best experience. Super recommended! ?? PS: Barbara, in acceptance, as well as being super professional, is also very kind ... one of those people who transmits joy at 7 in the morning!

She was waiting just the time reach to 9:30 and say the time is over. She was very rude and even didn’t respond properly. I reported to my company and Doctor to not send any more the people here as this lady was very impolite. She could say kindly come tomorrow but looks like she is always like that.
