Cafona!! E maleducata, nn aggiungo altro xchè sarei volgare. L'altra,la biondina con i capelli corti,invece,è sempre cordiale e gentile con tutti. Quando si ha a che fare con il pubblico se nn si ha pazienza,cambia lavoro.? As for the structure and the nurses who take the sample, everything is ok, but at check-in the Ms. with curly hair, blacks and eyeglasses has to change jobs, she is not tactful and not polite with clients. Cafona !! And rude, I won't add anything else because I'd be vulgar. The other, the blonde with short hair, on the other hand, is always friendly and kind to everyone. When dealing with the public, if you don't have patience, change jobs
L	Lena Davidov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am furious! Don t ever go to this place to do a PCR TEST because u are going to miss your 60euros and your FLIGHT! I have performed a PCR test on 4 August 2021 which I needed for travelling from Italy, I have made it at test center in Liguria, Genova Port Antico. At the test site I was told that the result will be available the next day until midnight, maybe earlier, this condition was fine for my travel because I had the flight at night. The next day (5 august 2021) I was checking online for the result and it wasn’t available after 24 hours, I was waiting till midnight. During this time I contacted two times the support from Liguria and central office by phone and wrote a message online, I was getting nervous, to my question from all I received one answer – the result will be available at midnight. I waited, at the midnight I checked the result and it wasn’t there and it didn’t appear in the next hours so I missed my flight. I am still writing emails but no one is even trying to respond to them! I want my money back because IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE! In this situation i have all the rights to request a refund because the mistake was carried by your staff.

The receptionist said that they could not guarantee that the results would be back within three days. I was very annoyed that they had chosen to tell me this at that moment rather than at the time of booking the appointment. Given that I had a flight in two days, this was a massive problem for me. I could not use the service and had to spend an additional 40 euro to get the test done at the local pharmacy which offered a more sincere guarantee. There is absolutely no way I can recommend this service. People RELY on a timely return when it comes to PCR tests. If they had have made this disclaimer at the time of booking I would have looked for another PCR tester that could offer me a more timely service. At the time that I was told, it was impossible for me to make other arrangements and time was of the essence given my flight had a fixed time of departure. I am so disappointed with synlab and highly recommend you get your PCR tests done elsewhere.
