Inoltre mi rimprovera per il fatto che il mio medico curante non abbia firmato le ricette con un "dovevi pensare a fartele firmare, ora devo inserire tutto manualmente. C'è qualcosa che fai giusto?". La maleducazione sembra essere il suo modus operandi. Alla richiesta di pagare con carta la prestazione che a Milano è tutt'altro che fuori dal comune mi dice: "seriamente non hai contanti?". Un trattamento così indecente non se lo merita nessuno, tanto meno in una struttura medica. I arrive and I am served by Patrizia L .; not with a good morning but with a "pass me the cards". Rudeness seems to be his modus operandi. When asked to pay by card the service which in Milan is anything but out of the ordinary, he says to me: "seriously, you have no cash?". Nobody deserves such an indecent treatment, much less in a medical facility.

E anche ora che devono aver molt pazienza per la pandemia in corso, riescono sempre a far fronte a tutto. Alla reception Federica e la sua gentile collega mora con gli occhiali. Ai prelievi la bravissima Laura (non ho sentito nulla con la sua puntura ne mi sono rimasti segni... Top?) Ricordo ancora con affetto al signora Patrizia che forse ora è in pensione. Gli esami vengono consegnati dopo qualche giorno e disponibili anche inine sul sito della regione. Always at the top .. I feel really good in this center. Inoltre se il personale è scortese, dato che é il biglietto da visita della struttura, non è una buona pubblicità. Generalmente, preferisco gli ospedali nonostante le attese lunghe ma risultati più affidabili e solitamente parametri differenti dai laboratori The general practitioner referred me for serology in this center. Honestly after reading the reviews I remain very skeptical if I trust you. Also, if the staff is rude, as it is the business card of the hotel, it is not a good advertisement. Generally, I prefer hospitals despite long waits but more reliable results and usually different parameters from laboratories
C	Cristian Palmiotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa e frustrante. Questo posto e gestito molto male . Ogni giorno si crea una fila di persone per fare anche una semplice accettazione. C'è gente anziana che aspetta fuori al freddo per oltre un'ora a volte se non di più. Il personale sembra che dorma invece di snellire la procedura. Un posto vergognoso che fa capire a che livello e la nostra sanità sia pubblica che privata. Una vergona chiamata cedal. Negative and frustrating experience. This place is very poorly managed. Every day a line of people is created to make even a simple acceptance. There are old people who wait outside in the cold for over an hour sometimes if not more. The staff seem to be sleeping instead of streamlining the procedure. A shameful place that makes it clear at what level our public and private health is. A shame called cedal.
C	Cortesi Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata seguita al meglio dalle professioniste presenti all'accettazione e poi dal personale ai prelievi. Grande attenzione, cura e professionalità. Sono estremamente tese, sia per stringere i tempi e ridurre la fila, fino a non lasciarsi mai andare, ma non ho percepito freddezza, solo una propensione a far andare un meccanismo tutt'altro che semplice in un periodo così difficile. Ringrazio anche per la caramella Galatina che ho ricevuto! Una sorta di consolazione, perché IO ODIO gli aghi! Sono una svenevole, ma è andato tutto per il meglio e ringrazio l'infermiera comprensiva. L'esatte scorsa avevo portato anche mio figlio 19enne, il quale era terrorizzato, ma è stato trattato con empatia e fermezza, a tal punto che la volta successiva è andato in autonomia, si sentiva in un luogo sicuro. In quell'occasione era presente un infermiere bravissimo. Insomma...continuate così! I was best followed by the professionals present at the reception and then by the staff at the withdrawals. Last year I had also brought my 19-year-old son, who was terrified, but was treated with empathy and firmness, to the point that the next time he went on his own, he felt in a safe place. On that occasion there was a very good nurse. Well ... keep it up!
C	Cleide Rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione poco efficiente, non ci sono i numeri per la gestione della coda che risulta caotica e affidata agli utenti (“c’ero io, no c’ero io, io sono dopo di lei, chi è l’ultimo”). Le impiegate si rivolgono con fastidio agli utenti che sono “indisciplinati” ma questo è il risultato della sopracitata organizzazione poco efficiente. Per questo scelgo questo centro solo per le “emergenze” visto che è sotto casa altrimenti mi rivolgo altrove. Inefficient organization, there are no numbers for managing the queue which is chaotic and entrusted to users ("I was there, there was no me, I am after you, who is the last"). The office workers are annoyed with users who are "undisciplined" but this is the result of the aforementioned inefficient organization. This is why I choose this center only for "emergencies" since it is under the house otherwise I turn elsewhere.
V	Valentina Ragno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la fila al mattino per le analisi (inevitabile di questi tempi per le procedure di distanziamento) questo laboratorio si distingue per la professionalità e gentilezza. All’accettazione le signore sono sempre cortesi e disponibili e il personale dei prelievi è il migliore! Non ci si accorge neanche dell’ago dentro e mai nessun coagulo post prelievo. Despite the queue in the morning for the analyzes (inevitable these days for the distancing procedures) this laboratory stands out for its professionalism and kindness. At check-in, the ladies are always courteous and helpful and the collection staff is the best! You do not even notice the needle inside and never any post-collection clot.
