★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale mancanza di professionalità, assistenza praticamente nulla, mi è stato venduto un immobile commerciale ingombro di spazzatura , avrei potuto bloccare il rogito, ma davanti al notaio avevo avuto la garanzia dello sgombero che non è mai avvenuto. Sconsigliatissimo
 Total lack of professionalism, practically no assistance, I was sold a commercial property cluttered with rubbish, I could have blocked the deed, but in front of the notary I had the guarantee of the eviction which never happened. Not recommended

Conosco questa agenzia da 4 anni, rispetto alle altre posso dire che tutte le volte che sono entrata nei loro uffici mi hanno sempre dedicato del tempo per ascoltare le mie esigenze e darmi consigli utili: sono quindi stata molto contenta di concludere l'acquisto dell'immobile con loro!
Apprezzo molto il lato umano che mostrano e che riescono a conciliare con la frenesia dei tempi di vendita del mercato immobiliale di Milano: ho riscontrato molta trasparenza, supporto nell'analizzare i pro/contro delle scelte, e accompagnamento nei vari step di acquisto, il tutto senza avere quella sensazione di pressione che mettono invece le altre agenzie dal momento in cui entri in contatto con loro.

I really appreciate the human side that they show and that they manage to reconcile with the frenzy of the sales times of the Milan real estate market: I found a lot of transparency, support in analyzing the pros / cons of the choices, and accompaniment in the various purchase steps, the all without having that feeling of pressure that other agencies put instead from the moment you come into contact with them.

La mia esperienza, estremamente positiva, mi porta a consigliare, a chi intende comperare/vendere la sua proprietà, di fissare un appuntamento con Solinas. I suoi consigli sono stati molto utili, prova ne è che le mie esigenze sono state sempre rispettate. Segnalo inoltre che sono stato seguito anche nel completamento delle pratiche burocratiche che inevitabilmente sono collegate alla transazione.
