Pro: - Gelato molto gustoso, con cialda spessa e croccante - Presenza di molti tavoli con sedie in cui gustare il gelato senza dover pagare il servizio al tavolo - Cono gelato guarnito con un cioccolatino fondente o al latte, incluso nel prezzo del gelato Contro: - Prezzi non alla portata di tutti - Poca trasparenza e onestà da parte delle commesse. Nel mio caso mi è stato subito chiesto quale granella volessi sul cono, senza chiedermi SE volessi il cono con la granella, che ovviamente costa di più del cono semplice e questo "dettaglio" del sovrapprezzo non viene detto esplicitamente dalla commessa. Questo può trarre in inganno alcuni clienti e fargli credere che la granella sul cono sia inclusa nel prezzo. Pessima tattica, meglio una comunicazione onesta e sincera verso il cliente altrimenti si rischia di non far tornare più in negozio il cliente, che una volta scoperto il sovrapprezzo si sente fregato - Dispenser Gel igienizzante all'entrata vuoto, quindi totalmente inutile. - Commessa non riesce a sentire i clienti quindi gli urla in faccia, offrendo un servizio non all'altezza di una gelateria che paventa eleganza da tutti i pori To go back because I loved the Nougatine taste! In my case I was immediately asked which grain I wanted on the cone, without asking myself IF I wanted the cone with the grain, which obviously costs more than the simple cone and this "detail" of the surcharge is not explicitly stated by the order. This can mislead some customers into believing that the grain on the cone is included in the price. Bad tactic, better honest and sincere communication towards the customer otherwise you risk not letting the customer return to the store, who once discovered the surcharge feels cheated - Inlet sanitizing gel dispenser empty, therefore totally useless. - Saleswoman cannot hear customers so she screams in their face, offering a service not up to par with an ice cream parlor that fears elegance from all pores

Non posso dare il massimo dei voti , perché a mio parere , pagare 55€ l’uovo che vedete nella foto , e poi trovarlo in altri punti vendita NON UFFICIALI VENCHI , a 47 € … mi ha deluso molto . Scelte commerciali discutibili … Capisco acquistare ON LINE … ma da un negozio all’altro … anche no. ? Excellent all the chocolate and especially the ice cream. Clean and kind and professional service. I cannot give full marks, because in my opinion, paying € 55 for the egg you see in the photo, and then finding it in other NON OFFICIAL VENCHI stores, for € 47 ... I was very disappointed. Questionable business choices ... I understand buying ONLINE ... but from one shop to another ... even no. ?

Always cute salesgirls meet me with a big pleasure, they are ready to give some cool advice and the ice cream is always the best! Thank you for being very polite and sympathetic to all customers! P.S. sweets and chocolate in Venchi is something that I cannot live without!!! I can even sale my soul for them?
