Circa 2 settimane fa abbiamo comprato diversi capi tra cui una camicia di Trussardi da 110€. Il 15 novembre ho deciso di provare la camicia MAI stata usata e che avevo riposto con cura nell'armadio. Noto tre fili tirati sulla manica destra e chiamato il negozio ci assicurano di avere la stessa taglia disponibile. Mia madre si reca da Rita e non c'è la taglia richiesta: dopo aver tentato di rifilarci quella sbagliata la commessa si è permessa di annusare il capo e di dire "Ha lo stesso odore del mio ammorbidente" insinuando che il capo fosse stato indossato, rovinato, lavato riapponendo poi il cartellino. Ciò ha suscitato sdegno in mia madre ed è stato rilasciato un buono dello stesso valore della camicia: le negozianti si sono impegnate a chiamare Trussardi per far sostituire il capo. Il giorno dopo chiamiamo, il capo non c'è e parlo io stessa con la suddetta commessa dicendole che le sue parole erano state offensive, che lei era stata maleducata e di scusarsi. La donna mi ha continuamente interrotto urlando e mi ha risposto di "pesare le parole", che "non era maleducata" e infine che non doveva scuse a nessuno. Ha detto che in negozio ci avrebbero strappato il buono e ridata la cifra. Mia madre l'indomani è andata e dopo aver cercato di parlare civilmente con Rita è stata addirittura spintonata fuori da suo figlio ed invitata dal marito a non ripresentarsi più in negozio. Per quanto ci riguarda siamo tornate solo per avere indietro quanto dovuto. Adieu! P.S. Ogni volta che siamo andate il negozio era vuoto, fatevi due domande! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF LIVING CUSTOMERS: we have always spent at least twice a year figures over 1000 € and sometimes even 2000 €. The next day we call, the boss is not there and I speak myself with the aforementioned contract telling her that her words had been offensive, that she had been rude and apologizing. The woman continually interrupted me screaming and told me to "weigh the words", that "she was not rude" and finally that she should not apologize to anyone. He said they would snatch the coupon from the store and give it back. My mother left the next day and after trying to talk civilly with Rita she was even pushed out by her son and invited by her husband not to come back to the store anymore. As far as we are concerned we are back only to get back what was due. Adieu! P.S. Every time we went the store was empty, ask yourself two questions!

Negozio vecchio e personale scortese,gestione familiare con l’unico scopo di venderti il più possibile senza nessuna attenzione a ciò che sta realmente bene al cliente.Fate attenzione ai prezzi,cartellini con prezzi cancellati e poca chiarezza.Ho speso una cifra importante,ho chiesto chiarimento con la massima cortesia ,dato che mi avevano staccato tutti i cartellini dei prezzi in “saldo”e mi hanno cacciata dal negozio in modo brusco e offensivo,aggredendomi. Spero che questa recensione possa aiutare altre persone ad evitare tua terribile situazione come quella che è capitata a me. Absolutely to be avoided !!
