Mi ha subito colpito la sua chiarezza nell'esporre le varie patologie che, dopo visita accurata, ha riscontrato. Mi ha spiegato tutta la procedura per risolvere i miei problemi fino ai minimi dettagli compresi eventuali possibili inconvenienti. Mi sono quindi affidata a lui con serenità . Vorrei aggiungere che e' affiancato da due assistenti molto valide e molto gentili. Only recently did I meet Dr. Schmitz, and I would like to start from the first impression before talking about anything else. I was immediately struck by its clarity in exposing the various pathologies that, after a careful visit, it found. He explained the whole procedure to me to solve my problems down to the smallest details including possible problems. I therefore relied on him with serenity. I would like to add that he is supported by two very valid and very kind assistants.

Preparazione costantemente aggiornata, chiarezza nella descrizione dei possibili interventi e dei relativi costi, gentilezza anche da parte di tutto il personale ed estrema pulizia delle sale. Ciò che poi rende il tutto particolarmente speciale, è la sensazione di poter essere “persona” e non solo “paziente”: ringrazio per la cordialità, la simpatia, la cura e l'attenzione con cui sono sempre accolta. Nonostante mi sia trasferita a Londra da oltre due anni, torno regolarmente a Milano per le mie visite: il dentista non lo cambio! Definitely an excellent professional, from all points of view. Constantly updated preparation, clarity in the description of possible interventions and related costs, kindness also by all the staff and extreme cleanliness of the rooms. What then makes it all particularly special is the feeling of being "person" and not just "patient": I thank you for the friendliness, sympathy, care and attention with which I am always welcomed. Despite having moved to London for over two years, I regularly return to Milan for my visits: the dentist does not change it!

I have been a patient of the firm since 2006 and, despite having undergone several interventions, even problematic ones, I have always been satisfied with the results. I especially like the clarity in describing the interventions to be addressed and their costs (and the issue of a regular invoice at the end of the therapy). I appreciate the competence, professionalism and kindness of all the studio staff. Scrupulous in hygiene and cleanliness. The dott.
