The shop is super chaotic and they just delete your files.
I told the gentleman serving me, that I wanted A3 printed in black and white. The first page he printed was in black and white then he continued to print the files in color. I told him that I asked for black and white. He started to be rude and after a discussion printed all of the files correctly. I left the store only noticing 30min after that he forgot to give me back my USB. I called the store directly, asked the lady repeatedly if she could check for the USB. She only told me that they have many and I should just come by. I came by within 24 hours only to find that they had DELETED ALL MY FILES and put new files from another costumers on it who came to the store in the afternoon. First they removed the USB from the computer to hide it. They then insisted that the stick is from another costumer (they did not have the cover and the files were recently added). Only after one hour of being ignored and receiving rude and racial comments I got my USB back with all my files deleted... They even left the files of the other costumer on my stick.

They named a price for me then after finishing of printing the book they charged me more than twice the price .
It deserves minus stars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that they've got very extended opening hours and days. It is a bit chaotic at those times, because they're the only open place, but I appreciate them for being open! I go to this place (farther from my house) because they never used to charge the flat 1.50 rate just to print from the computer. (so 3x A4 b/n cost just 0.30). But a lot of the newer reviews are saying they do charge the extra 1.50 now. There's no reason for me to go back (except on a Sunday/lunch time/after 19:00 when other places are closed) if they're no longer cheaper than the others nearer my house. Hopefully they go back to just charging for prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and managed to print my A0 poster on a Sunday morning. The only place I could find near the main station that was open on a Sunday. Great service too, considering how busy it was!
