Ho comprato 2 coupon in un unica transazione. quando ho provato a usufruire del servizio lo studio mi ha detto che aveva posto dopo un mese. Ho contattato 2 volte tramite form del sito CLINICALDENT per segnalare questo e chiedere un rimborso, ma non ho ricevuto mai mail nè telefonate da parte del loro staff, anche solo per dirmi che non era previsto rimborso! purtroppo non ci sono numeri di telefono da chiamare.. Va bè pensateci prima di usufruire di un servizio che potrebbe essere inusufruibile! In my bad experience. B	Bucket List on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores clínicas dentárias de Lisboa.Os dentistas são péssimos, amadores e todo o personal é arrogante.Fiz uma restauração que caiu 2x e quando reclamei na segunda vez, a médica me disse que o problema era com meu dente e que eu teria que pagar novamente pelo tratamento.Mas se o problema era com meu dente, porquê dentistas capacitado, que eles dizem ser, não podem reconhecer isso?Se você vai no dentista, não é para resolver o problema do seu dente? Me custou 2 ídas à Portugal sem nenhum sucesso.Gastei horrores para nada.Ao fim, fui aconselhada pela própria recepcionista da clínica à procurar por um dentista capaz.Se a própria atendente te aconselha a buscar por dentistas melhores, então é porquê devem receber muitas reclamações...Não gaste seu dinheiro com eles, há clínicas mais baratas e muito melhores na cidade de Lisboa. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, péssimos dentistas,péssima reputação. A dentista cirurgiã é muito arrogante.Ela acha que tem o rei na barriga e não passa de uma amadora na área da dentristia. Ho comprato 2 coupon da poter utilizzare sul portale della Clinicaldent, ma a causa di non si sa quale errore a distanza di quasi 20 giorni non sono riuscito nemmeno a prenotare un appuntamento. Comunicazione per un eventuale assistenza o richiesta pressoché nulla. Sul sito esiste una sorta di chat dove chiedere assistenza ma nessuno si degna di dare risposta. Insomma diffidate assolutamente da questo portale. Fate prima ad andare dal vostro dentista di fiducia. Pessimo! Quoto completely the previous review.
