Qualche settimana fa mi sono recata lì per il cambio di due maglie acquistate qualche giorno prima e, con mio estremo dispiacere, sono stata trattata malissimo da una commessa bruna con gli occhiali. La “signora”con i capelli lunghi scuri, senza nemmeno dare un’occhiata allo scontrino mi ha deliberatamente accusata di avere già effettuato il cambio di quei capi tre volte e con atteggiamento scorbutico e irriverente mi ha fatto pagare la dovuta differenza senza nemmeno applicare lo sconto che pure era già attivo in negozio (evidentemente solo per gli altri clienti!). Io non ho chiesto nulla, ma sono rimasta malissimo. I negozi di Luisa Spagnoli sono rinomati anche per la gentilezza e la pazienza delle commesse, peccato che la SCORTESIA e la MALEDUCAZIONE di qualche commessa poco professionale come quella con I CAPELLI LUNGHI SCURI farà perdere molti storici clienti. I state that every time I go to Milan I serve myself in this shop in Corso Buenos Aires. A few weeks ago I went there for the exchange of two shirts purchased a few days before and, to my extreme regret, I was treated very badly by a brunette saleswoman with glasses. The "lady" with long dark hair, without even taking a look at the receipt has deliberately accused me of having already made the change of those clothes three times and with a grumpy and irreverent attitude made me pay the due difference without even applying the discount that was already active in the store (obviously only for other customers!). I didn't ask for anything, but I was terrible. Luisa Spagnoli's stores are also renowned for the kindness and patience of the orders, a pity that the RUDE and RUDE of some unprofessional order such as the one with THE DARK LONG HAIR will make many historical customers lose.

Come dovrebbe essere la normalità se fai quel mestiere...ma non lo è quasi più. Spagnoli ha buon prodotto ma tiene la concorrenza grazie al personale. Bravi. All perfect. A real atelier where you feel welcomed like a special person. It rarely happens. Professionalism and service. As normal should be if you do that job ... but it is almost not anymore. Sin da piccola guardavo le vetrine di questo negozio perché i vestiti e comunque tutto ciò che vende é meraviglioso e luccicoso. E mi fa sognare. I tessuti fanno la differenze e le vetrine attirano parecchio. Ho dato quattro stelle perché purtroppo i prezzi sono un po' alti, e non tutti possono permettersi di spendere tanto, ma ritengo sempre che la qualità si paga. Beautiful high fashion store. Sono stata servita da una ragazza con i capelli lunghi lisci bionda (bravissima) e da una signora non italiana con i capelli corti. brave Luisa Spagnoli is known to have garments of excellent quality, fashionable with excellent wearability but what makes the difference compared to other shops are the orders, in Buenos Aires I felt very well treated, competent, kind, sweet, elegant and not aggressive shop assistants. La commessa è riuscita ad umiliarmi mantenendo un modo di fare gentile ma snobbosissimo: mi ha fatto vedere il prezzo in saldo sul cartellino assicurandosi che io potessi effettivamente permettermi quell'articolo!!!! allucinante!!! Ho comunque mantenuto la calma spiegandole che volevo fare un investimento e acquistare un capo bello e duraturo, ma soprattutto caldo. Premetto che sono un po' inesperta e ho voluto farmi consigliare. Per ben tre volte mi ha assicurato che il cappotto era caldo avendo un'alta percentuale in lana. Mi sono fidata e nonostante tutto l'ho acquistato. L'ho indossato tutto il giorno ma con l'etichetta ancora attaccata per verificarne l'effettiva funzionalità. Ma un po' camminando un po' per il fatto che indossavo lo zainetto che mi copriva la schiena il cappotto, sembrava effettivamente fare il suo lavoro. Purtroppo il giorno dopo, a freddo, mi accorgo che il cappotto era un semplice panno altro che caldo!!! Morale 312E (in saldo) buttati!! E non ho potuto nemmeno restituirlo!Non mi fiderò mai più di questo marchio!!! Teneteveli i vostri cappotti a prezzi folli! AWFUL !!
