I purchased a pair of jeans and after 4/5 times and a wash zip lost two teeth. i phoned the shop and i was told they would do nothing since returning policy is applicable within 7 days after purchased. i basically have to either repair them myself or throw them away. Weird customer service. i won’t purchase from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swear I need to find them in the states. If you are from USA and you wanna have the same fashion as the Italians in Milan this is the best place to shop on a budget. I promise the prices on men's clothes here reminds me of men's clothing cost back in the early 90s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no return policy. I wanted to change to another size after 5 days of purchase and the jacket was sold out. They have not accept the return and they asked to change with another product.
There is no respect for customers after the purchase. I don't recommend it.
