Δ– una Banca abbandonata a se stessa, se vi capita di accedere ai locali, noterete che non c'Γ¨ un minimo di organizzazione, interesse, stimolo e attenzione verso il cliente! Nel 2018 nell'era della tecnologia avanzata, non si riesce a prenotare un'appuntamento tramite web! Mi Γ¨ capitato di dover chiudere il conto Γ¨ per tre mesi ho dovuto parlare con personale sempre diverso in quanto a loro dire il personale specialmente se non rispetta le direttive sel Management viene spostato continuamente, una vera e propria odissea, potrei divulgarmi per ore sulla gestione fallimentare del Direttore ma preferisco consigliarvi di stare alla larga suggerendo le Banche concorrenti numerose nella zona.

una stella (scelta obbligata) Γ¨ troppo, agenzia a dir poco imbarazzante, si potrebbe scrivere un libro !!! non capisco come una grande banca come BNL possa avere un'agenzia del genere, chi non la conosce non puΓ² ne crederci ne capire. Assolutamente Sconsigliata !!!
one star (forced choice) is too much, agency to say the least embarrassing, you could write a book !!! I do not understand how a large bank like BNL can have such an agency, those who do not know it cannot believe it or understand it. Absolutely not recommended !!!

Sono una cliente BNL e mi avvalgo delle filiali vicino casa per prelevare e versare Devo sottolineare che la Filiale di P.zza Lima Γ¨ 12 giorni che ha fuori uso la voce VERSAMENTI e c'Γ¨ scritto VERSAMENTO NON DISPONIBILE cosa semplicemente vergognosa BISOGNA RECARSI A ROVERETO O IN CENTRO Direi che una Banca cosi all'avanguardia ha un personale molto scadente che non sa neanche dare una spiegazione e ho visto anche parlare attraverso le porte a vetri per dare una informazioni e neanche aprire le porte. Sono proprio lazzaroni. Provvedete al piΓΉ presto a ripristinare iVersamenti alla Voce VERSAMENTI Grazie
I am a BNL customer and I use the branches near my home to withdraw and pay I must underline that the P.zza Lima branch has been out of order for 12 days and it says PAYMENT NOT AVAILABLE which is simply shameful YOU NEED TO GO TO ROVERETO O IN THE CENTER I would say that such an avant-garde bank has a very poor staff who cannot even give an explanation and I have also seen talking through the glass doors to give information and not even open the doors. Agenzia ristrutturata. Ingresso alle casse situate all' interno gestito dall' app Ufirst che permette di fissare appuntamento o di non dover stare in coda per fare la fila (una notifica avvisa quando si avvicina il proprio turno). I bancomat non sono gestiti dall' agenzia per cui il personale puΓ² solo segnalare anomalie o malfunzionamenti.
Refurbished agency. Entrance to the cash desks located inside managed by the Ufirst app which allows you to make an appointment or not have to stand in line to queue (a notification warns you when your turn is approaching). The ATMs are not managed by the agency so the staff can only report anomalies or malfunctions.

Very bad customer service. I wanted to change $ in euro and the lady refused to hand me my money and deposed everything on my account. She also lied to me telling me it was impossible for her to give me actual bills, even though she did it last month for us. Bad experience, I will change bank, it’s too complicated with them

While the staff is fairly kind and helpful, they have the most moronic security system in the world. You are supposed to leave your bag in the lockers outside the secure glass doors, but said lockers are nowhere near as big as they should be to contain a normal-sized backpack. As a result, you have to choose between forcefully cramming your bag inside the ridiculously small lockers or leaving your possessions on the floor of an open room which sits on one of the busiest streets in Milan (i.e. have everything stolen in an instant). This is unacceptable.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life! My ID was carelessly thrown (literally) back to me after it was no longer needed and same thing happened with the cash that I received. Cannot believe that this kind of behaviour seems acceptable to the staff. Besides my personal experience, I've witnessed rude behaviour to other customers while waiting in line. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable!
