Mine got swallowed directly, didn’t even have the chance to put my PIN. I had to spend two extra nights in Milan as it happened on a Friday night. When I went to get it back Monday at 8:30, they had another card in addition to mine, also in metal... they had no explanation as of why and they barely apologized.
