★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella perché meno non potevo. Una banca che vale zero, personale maleducato e incompetente. Applicazione di home banking che registra i movimenti dopo settimane, peggio di così non si può. Avete perso un cliente!
 I gave it a star because I couldn't less. A bank that is worth zero, rude and incompetent staff. Home banking application that records the movements after weeks, it doesn't get worse than this. You have lost a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La banca si trova vicino piazzale argentina, ci si arriva con la 92 o la 90, fermata Loreto (appena scesi dal pullman), oppure con la metro, sempre alla fermata Loreto, a pochi passi.
IL personale all'interno della banca è davvero sempre gentile e disponibile. La banca è pulita e sono davvero delle persone competenti.
Ci troviamo bene ogni volta che andiamo e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun tipo di problema.
Un consiglio che posso dare,ma non credo dipenda dalla banca in sé, è l'applicazione un po' confuzionaria, ma comunque funzionante.

The bank is located near piazzale argentina, you can get there with the 92 or 90, Loreto stop (as soon as you get off the bus), or with the metro, always at the Loreto stop, a few steps away.
The staff inside the bank is always very kind and helpful. The bank is clean and they are really competent people.
We are happy every time we go and have never had any problems whatsoever.
One piece of advice I can give, but I don't think it depends on the bank itself, is the somewhat confusing application, but still working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente di questa banca da molti anni ormai, il servizio all’inizio era molto buono ma in questi anni é peggiorato molto. SERVIZIO PESSIMO, LENTO E DIPENDENTI MALEDUCATI!! Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo darei!!!
I have been a customer of this bank for many years now, the service was very good at first but in recent years it has deteriorated a lot. BAD SERVICE, SLOW AND RUDE EMPLOYEES !! If I could give 0 stars I would give it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed. I had high hopes since I heard good things about the bank but not really. I took an appointment to open a new bank account and waited an hour even having an appointment and still they didn't,so I just came home. So many people are waiting in the queue and they aren't hurrying up either. The people who work there specially the guy with grey hair in the cashier in Loreto branch had attitude with the customers. Sadly they are loosing new customers one by one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The use of the ATM machine is not allowed during their break time. Other clients have also the same time frame of their lunch break and take time to use the machine BUT to no avail. The reason? For security purposes since everybody is on break. Absurd, I guess.
