P	Pierfausto Maruffo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 23 aprile 2018 mi reco alla filiale in oggetto per pagare un Mav. Su 4 postazioni dedicate, in teoria, alla clientela, solo una è operativa per i servizi di cassa( le altre due non è dato sapere cosa facessero nonostante la presenza degli operatori). Attendo il mio turno e arrivo alla postazione, presento il Mac e l'addetto mi chiede se ho il bancomat io gli dico di si ho appena prelevato per pagare e lui mi dice che questi servizi sono preferibili da fare al bancomat; gli faccio presente che in altra filiale del mio comune, sempre del loro gruppo, pago tranquillamente i mav allo sportello ma l'operatore insiste che è preferibile pagare al bancomat cosicché me vado. Ora, a parte che so che è possibile pagare al bancomat i bollettini vari, però se voglio pagarlo in cassa perché non posso farlo? Se non vogliono proporlo come servizio che lo scrivessero chiaramente in filiale invece di far perder tempo alla gente. Today 23 April 2018 I go to the branch in question to pay a Mav. Out of 4 workstations dedicated, in theory, to customers, only one is operational for cash services (the other two are not known what they did despite the presence of operators). I await my turn and arrive at the workstation, I introduce the Mac and the attendant asks me if I have the ATM I tell him I have just withdrawn to pay and he tells me that these services are preferable to do at the ATM; I remind him that in another branch of my municipality, always in their group, I quietly pay the mav at the counter but the operator insists that it is preferable to pay at the ATM so that I go. Now, apart from that I know that it is possible to pay various bills at the ATM, but if I want to pay it in cash, why can't I do it? If they don't want to offer it as a service, they should write it down in the branch instead of wasting time on people.

Mi è stato detto che non si può aprire un conto se non si è madrelingua italiana e sinceramente davvero non ne riesco a capire il motivo.. How is it possible that a bank like Unicredit is not able to facilitate a person who speaks only English?!? I was told that you can't open an account if you are not an Italian native speaker and honestly I really can't understand why ...

Mustier deve partire da qua per i tagli: 40 minuti per cambiare un assegno circolare di 30 euro con detratti 7 euro di commissioni!
