- se entri in filiale vedi una ventina di dipendenti che camminano al rallentatore avanti e indietro (tipo zombie) apparentemente senza far nulla eccetto produrre anidride carbonica respirando
- anche se hai un appuntamento aspetti mezz'ora
- per fare un'operazione banale ci metti 2 ore come niente (così il funzionario fa una sola cosa al giorno, altrimenti gli viene un'ernia)
- in questo momento sono 2 ore che telefono a ripetizione al: numero del centralino, numero del mio funzionario business, alla sua collega, al funzionario privati, al direttore. ho lasciato 2 messaggi nella casella vocale. penso non meno di 100 telefonate e sentito nessuno...
- i bancomat chiudono alle 20.00
ma che cosa tengono aperta a fare una filiale in quelle condizioni. è una pubblicità del fancazzismo più totale?
intesa potrebbe usare i locali per aprire un'impresa di pompe funebri. almeno potrebbero fare i soldi sepellendo i clienti morti in attesa di fare un'operazione
we are miles below decency:
- if you enter the branch you see about twenty employees walking in slow motion back and forth (zombie type) apparently doing nothing except producing carbon dioxide by breathing
- even if you have an appointment you wait half an hour
- to do a trivial operation you take 2 hours like nothing (so the official does only one thing a day, otherwise he gets a hernia)
- at this moment I have been calling repeatedly at: switchboard number, number of my business officer, to her colleague, to the private officer, to the manager. I left 2 messages in the voicemail. I think no less than 100 phone calls and heard none ...
- ATMs close at 20.00
but what do they keep a branch open to do under those conditions. is it an advertisement for the most total fancazzismo?
understanding could use the premises to open a funeral home. at least they could make money by burying dead customers waiting for an operation
