S	Summer S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t, just don’t. Better to withdraw money from an atm and deal with the charge from your bank. Here they charge a ridiculously high “tax” that they don’t tell you about until the transaction is done. If you HAVE to exchange money then do it elsewhere. Italy always finds ways to rip off foreigners. Be extremely cautious.
T	Tina Janjatovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 670 euro for one thousand USD, I was in a hurry and when I realised how money I got I went to the other exchange office and they told me that it is not a fair exchange and they offered me 800 euro for the same ammount. I went back and ask of the forexchange lady to delete the transaction and to give me back my money and she was yelling at me and told me that I signed the acceptance. It happened at the central aquare of Duomo at Milan, it was a pure robbery and I wanted to declare it to the police but I could not find any officer at the street. I was in the hurry but next time when I go to Milan I will report what happened to the police, the Forexchange is a pure criminal company.

My wife and I went to exchange £60 for Euros and unfortunately had quite limited time because we were catching a train, so because of that we got properly cheated! They require ID and then make you sign three times on an digital tablet and each time it isn't clear what you are signing. There is no sign saying commission is charged and the only table of charges is pinned on the wall inside the booth itself so you can'r really see it. In the end for £60 we were given 39 Euros with over 20 Euros worth of commissions and extra charges - nothing is transparent with this company! When we went back to talk to them about the situation in the evening they laughed into our faces and said rudely they were closing and is there anything else they can do? Nasty thieves! Either take much more currency than you need for the holiday and exchange any back when you get home, or even better just use a cash machine at an official bank branch. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

P	P G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed $ 200 and I got € 120. Essentially a 20% commission, plus fees and a predatory exchange rate. In all, they charged around € 60. I had to change cash because my ATM card was not working. I guess they take advantage of people who have no other options. I felt the whole service was tantamount to legalized extortion. Sadly, there are no other options and thats why these companies can charge such outrageous amounts. They really should outlaw these predatory businesses or at least provide other reasonable forex bureaus. These practices hurt Italy and its tourism.
