★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gość raczął mnie przyjąć po 10 minutach niezdarnego liczenia pliku pieniędzy. Według kursu powinienem dostać 54 euro, a gość mówi, że to będzie 30. Dodatkowo do wymiany potrzebny był mu paszport. Wszystko stoi do góry nogami, jak cały ten kraj.
The guy deigned to receive me after 10 minutes of clumsy counting a file of money. At the rate I should get 54 euros, and the guest says it will be 30. In addition, he needed a passport to exchange. Everything is upside down, like the whole country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un furto, non cambiate i soldi in questo posto. 26 euro di commissioni su 150, non spiegate durante l'operazione: trasparenza inesistente, palese la volontà di fregar le persone. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, il saccente e maleducato impiegato, ci ha indicato dei fogli attaccati di lato, con scritte microscopiche, che noi avremmo dovuto leggere prima dell'operazione.... ma non stava a lui informarci???? Un furto autorizzato...una vergogna. Posti come questo non dovrebbero essere legali.
A rip off, don't change your money at this place. 26 euros of commissions out of 150, not explained during the operation: non-existent transparency, clear desire to cheat people. At our request for explanations, the know-it-all and rude employee, pointed out some sheets attached to the side, with microscopic writings, which we should have read before the operation .... but it was not up to him to inform us ???? An authorized theft ... a shame. Places like this shouldn't be legal.

Per fortuna ho cambiato una quantità minima “di emergenza” di fiorini ungheresi, a cui é stata applicata una commissione assurda non spiegata prima della transazione.
Evitate, usate la carta. Tanto qualsiasi paese la utilizza più dell’Italia.

Luckily I changed an "emergency" minimum amount of Hungarian forints, which was charged an absurd fee that was not explained prior to the transaction.
Avoid, use paper. Any country uses it more than Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. They added a 8,50 Euro charge to a bus ticket they booked on a public site. My 2 hour bus ride totaled 35 Euros for a Flixbus through them. You can buy these for much cheaper on the bus.

He didn't want to give in Euro so said only USD available, so he can scam me. My tax refund is 34€ but he gave me 20USD.
