★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist was unpleasant, rude and no compassion at all I went there to do my pcr test and it hurt so much that I went crying of the pain and she did not say sorry or anything so rude . If the guy is doing pcr go with him because he is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the website of the airport they said that you can book an appointment per Email for the fast Antigen Test. They answer "sorry we don't have more appointment's" and it wasn't true. We went directly to the Pharmacy and without saying anything about the Email they made us the test.
Please stop sharing fake news with the tourists, is not nice and make it extremely stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who takes the payment and signs the papers was kind and helpful. Thanks to her.
But the operator woman who made the test was so rude. And despite i warned her my nose is sensitive and sick, she pushed the stick in my nose so hard that i had a pain in my nose and under my eyes, for hours. It was just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to communicate for an appointment for rapid test. The person answering clearly didn't know how to speak in English and wasn't helpful at all. Asked us to try and find an appointment in parkinggo. Ridiculous customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling over a week, yous seem to be intentionally not answering the calls or emails bit the lines are busy in-between, so uts clear there is somwone in the pharmacy, and the lines onky busy for 10nseconds or so then you just don't answer again for hours on end, this has gone in over a week I have emailed and called all week with 0 reply only to see replies to your reviews
