★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke. You can buy the ticket online but this does not mean that your seat is reserved. If the bus is full earlier than the scheduled departure (even if it's in 15min!!!) they will leave without you, so the ticket you purchased online becomes useless. So buying online at this company is the risk not worth taking. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We we’re travelling from Bergamo Airport to Milano Cetral Station. My partner forgot his wallet there. Managed to get it back within an hour from driver but all of his cash was gone missing. When I asked driver where is the cash from the wallet driver didn’t even look in the eye and pretended all of the sudden he’s forgotten to use his English. We are lucky that wallet was returned with all the credit cards but didn’t use this company again to return back to Bergamo Airport from Milan. Wouldn’t recommend this company only because it made us feel like our safety was not considered and left us with bad start feeling for our lovely holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pretty good service, I just would love to have more times in the afternoon/evening. Nonetheless, comfortable, price ok (20€ from Bergamo Airport to Malpensa Airport), and pretty straightforward to find and use. I would like more info on the platforms where to wait, in Orio al Serio, the ones to Milan Central are clear, but the platforms where you take the bus to Malpensa aren't clearly indicated (it was the 7 for me), and they actually mention a different company there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shuttle is horrible going from the airport to Milano Central Station. I arrived at 15:30 and i managed to leave the airport at 18:00 . There is no logic in the lines for the busses. If you ask the people that sell the tichets, you get conflicting information. Nobody knows when the next bus will leave and they have small capacity. Permanent long line of people
