β β β β β Do not like to be taken for a mug, first they let you do your shopping then when you pay they give you a ticket that entitle you for a 22% discuont to be used only on the same day. Rip off. When I asked the girl at the till she just smiled, I am sure many complaint about this.

β β β β β Very expensive... if you want to buy some tasty Italian food means like cheese, prosciutto, olive oil, etc. β do it in the local city supermarket and take with yourself (or put them in your luggage if you check it in).

β β β β β Flying to the UK from Italy I am able to buy products on a discounted price. The duty free are just closed. I was told they open at 1:30. But even if I waited for an hour they remained closed. Terrible experience.
