Euro angegeben) verkaufte mir der Laden ein kleines Glas Pesto im Wert von ca 6 Euro für einen irrealen Preis von über 17 Euro. cheater The store sold me a small glass of pesto worth about 6 euros for an unreal price of over 17 euros.

Mandata una mail a Lagardere dove ho allegato foto e scontrini e loro per tutta risposta mi inviano la foto dello stesso prodotto presa da Internet e con colori diversi dai miei ma nonostante l'evidenza mi dicono che il prodotto in mio possesso è quello giusto. Forse a Venezia il cliente ha sempre torto. Peccato per la cattiva pubblicità che si sono fatti con noi clienti che viaggiamo e portiamo soldi nella loro città. I bought a Chanel eyeshadow box at a perfumery and when I got home I found the surprise that the colors were substantially different and with a color that suggested oxidation or a product not well preserved. I sent an email to Lagardere where I have attached photos and receipts and in response they send me the photo of the same product taken from the Internet and with different colors from mine but despite the evidence they tell me that the product in my possession is the right one. Perhaps in Venice the customer is always wrong. Too bad for the bad publicity that has been made with us customers who travel and bring money to their city.

I just noticed that I paid double the same purchase!!! I checked on the internet I am not the first person to get scammed!!! In addition, we can't find on internet a phone number or an email in order to request a refund...
