Nel n parte mai in orario, ti dicono 3/6 minuti poi dici che e primo a partire sapendo che non e vero. Siamo partiti per terzo dopo 16 minuti invece di 3 ? E un ottimo servizio a un ottimo prezzo, manca un po' di sinceritΓ  dai ragazzi che lo gesticono.
In the part never in time, they tell you 3/6 minutes then you say that it is the first to leave knowing that it is not true. We started third after 16 minutes instead of 3 ? And great service at a great price, it lacks some sincerity from the guys who run it.

Evitate i loro pullman piccoli, l'aria condizionata Γ¨ come se non ci fosse, i bagagli possono facilmente cadere dalle cappelliere in testa alle persone (Γ¨ appena successo).
Avoid their small coaches, the air conditioning is as if it is not there, luggage can easily fall from overhead bins (it just happened).

Servizio perfetto. Partenza in orario puntuale da Bergamo aeroporto Orio al serio e arrivo a Malpensa terminal 2 con 5 minuti di anticipo. Tutto ottimo e servizio orioshuttle dell’azienda Locatelli sempre una garanzia.
Perfect service. Departure on time from Bergamo Orio al serio airport and arrival at Malpensa terminal 2 5 minutes in advance. All excellent and local shuttle service from Locatelli always a guarantee.

Diffidate delle informazioni date al gazebo che vende i biglietti, mi hanno mentito sull'orario di partenza per avvantaggiarsi sulla concorrenza. Una pratica davvero disonesta. Aggiungo ulteriori precisazioni su richiesta esplicita di OrioShuttle - del quale ho apprezzato la cortesia del feedback - che giΓ  diverse volte mi Γ¨ capitato, arrivando in Centrale magari trafelato, di sentirmi dire che il prossimo shuttle sarebbe partito entro 5 minuti, per poi scoprire, una volta acquistato il biglietto, che l'orario *previsto* di partenza era significativamente diverso. Naturalmente non escludo che questo atteggiamento non sia comune anche alla concorrenza. Questo non lo rende meno spiacevole.
Be wary of the information given to the gazebo that sells the tickets, they lied to me about the departure time to gain an advantage over the competition. A truly dishonest practice. I add further clarifications at the explicit request of OrioShuttle - of which I appreciated the courtesy of the feedback - which has already happened several times, arriving at the Central perhaps out of breath, to be told that the next shuttle would leave within 5 minutes, only to discover, once the ticket was purchased, that the * expected * time of departure was significantly different. Of course, I do not exclude that this attitude is not common to the competition as well. This doesn't make it any less unpleasant.

Pessima esperienza. Bigliettaio poco competente. Non funziona niente . Dovrebbero fare due file per chi ha il biglietto online e chi no. Abbiamo preso il biglietto online e per la confusione della fila Noi abbiamo perso davanti agli occhi un autobus. Il bigliettaio poco disponibile e arrogante non ci ha certo aiutato quando poteva avvisare che il bus stava partendo.
Bad experience. Not very competent ticket collector. Nothing works . They should make two lines for those who have an online ticket and those who don't. We took the ticket online and due to the confusion of the queue we lost a bus in front of our eyes. The unavailable and arrogant conductor certainly did not help us when he could warn us that the bus was leaving.

Lied to passengers twice about a bus from Milano to Bergamo (a bus that never showed up)! Myself and two other travelers were trying to get to Bergamo directly from Malpensa...they sold us tickets for a 9pm direct bus that did not exist!! We all bought our tickets between 8pm and 8:45pm...after waiting at the bus stop until 9:15pm (and seeing no sign of a bus) we went back to the counter and the woman (who did not even offer an apology) said there was no bus at 9pm (even though she sold us bus tickets for 9pm!) . When we asked her why not, she said she didn't know (um, what?!) She then tells us that we can use their bus that goes to Milan's Central train station and take a separate bus they run from the train station to Bergamo (sadly, we all decided to take up her offer for this alternate route....she refunds each of us one euro saying the indirect route was one euro cheaper). Guess what? The ticket counter woman had lied to us again as there was no bus from Milan Central train station....at this point it's 10:15pm...the group of us (at this point there are more people stranded by this unscrupulous scam of a bus company) decide to take the next train, which isn't until 11pm to Bergamo. So instead of getting home at 11pm....I get home at 1am! This is the worst bus company I have ever used anywhere!!

Do not use the website in English. Also if you just turn up at the bus it is quite unorganized. I've seen people miss the bus because of this. I'm currently sharing a taxi to the airport with a man who did the same thing as me: Booked a ticket for 11:40, got the ticket emailed, and it said 04:15. Would not accept the ticket at the bus. Even when I tried to book another ticket on the website while standing at the bus it would only give me a ticket for the bus that left at 04:15. There was no one there to help us rectify our situation, just a man to say that he could not accept the ticket.
