Segnalati problemi con dei serramenti difettosi dopo alcuni mesi dall installazione, nessuna risposta! Neppure dopo aver chiamato e scritto più volte... Poco seri! Da evitare .... Ottimi anche i consigli riguardo le scelte tecniche progettuali. Quando ho richiesto un loro intervento per la regolazione finale, dopo il naturale assestamento dei serramenti e in concomitanza con la programmazione domotica relativa anche alle tapparelle frangisole...sono subito intervenuti regolando al meglio sia i serramenti che le tapparelle. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Hanno una gamma di prodotti che può soddisfare le più svariate esigenze, sia in termini di tipologia di serramenti/materiali, sia in termini economici. Ottima azienda. Buona anche l'assistenza post vendita, abbiamo avuto un problema con una zanzariera e dopo due giorni era già intervenuto il tecnico per sistemare tutto. Vi faranno gola con la cessione del 50% del credito ma dopo aver incassato i soldi hanno tempi biblici per la consegna ed il montaggio, inoltre l'assistenza post vendita è nulla ed al primo problema non interverranno mai. Bad experience, absolutely do not rely on this company. They will tempt you with the transfer of 50% of the credit but after having collected the money they have biblical times for delivery and assembly, moreover the after-sales assistance is null and the first problem will never intervene.
