Abbiamo ordinato 2 centrifugati chiedendo limone, melone e finocchio. La stessa cassiera, dopo aver preso i soldi con le stesse mani, senza guanti e senza lavarle, ha preso il finocchio e le fette di melone, il limone non si è nemmeno ricordata di metterlo. Poi senza nemmeno rivolgere uno sguardo ha appoggiato i bicchieri sul bancone ed è tornata alla cassa. Igiene inesistente e cortesia tanto meno. Secondo me c'è gente che non merita di avere un lavoro.
We ordered 2 centrifuges asking for lemon, melon and fennel. The same cashier, after taking the money with the same hands, without gloves and without washing them, took the fennel and the slices of melon, the lemon did not even remember to put it. Then without even looking, she placed the glasses on the counter and went back to the checkout. Non-existent hygiene and courtesy much less. In my opinion there are people who don't deserve to have a job.

Pessimo servizio, ho cortesemente chiesto un'informazione sui tavoli sporchi per poter mangiare esordendo con "scusi, potrei cortesemente chiederle..." e il barista ha iniziato a insultare me e i presenti dicendo che i tavoli devono lasciarli puliti le persone..quindi, dato che non c'è nemmeno un'insegna che chiede di restituire le tazze al banco, se le prime persone del mattino le lasciano al tavolo, successivamente non ci sarà verso di sedersi in un ambiente decente. Alti prezzo pur per l'aeroporto vista la scarsa qualità del cibo. Sporco antigienico.

Rude staff and I untasty sandwiches. I ordered the chicken panini before closing hour and got half-cold dish. My friend came in two minutes after me to order the same dish and waiter started to wrap a cold unheated dish.After my friend asked to heat , the cashier told that she can’t do that in a rude manner and just put panini back.

1. Horrible hygiene standards. The staff handle good and money without gloves, nor do they wear hair nets. There are more flies in this cafe than anywhere else in the airport beccause the staff don't clean properly. The flies land on the tables, chairs, food, mugs, and glasses. They're everywhere. 2. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude. Obviously customer service isn't a priority here - quantity over quality. They occasionally close to 'clean', at which point they approach your table and bluntly state "Get up. We're closing." I saw a guy approach the girl who works there during one of these 'closed' times to ask for a glass of water, before he could say a word she simply stated "closed" before refusing him a glass of water. They have styrofoam cups, if they don't want to do dishes they could give him water in a cup. They don't have their opening hours posted anywhere - in fact the staff seem to enjoy being so rudely abrupt with customers as at times it looks like they're joking amongst themselves about it. I would go somewhere else but at 2am they're the only option.

Orrible service, the staff speaking with her friends while we were waiting for so long that we decided to go to another bar. 5 people in queue and 3 of the staff doing nothing.
