★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio inesistente, cortesia inesistente, personale con scarsa professionalità, chiedi un cappuccino ben caldo e lo danno freddo, chiedi un cornetto farcito e lo danno vuoto.
Prezzi da gran bar.
Non-existent service, non-existent courtesy, staff with little professionalism, ask for a hot cappuccino and they give it cold, ask for a stuffed croissant and they give it empty.
Great bar prices.

Aperitivo..fanno tanta pubblicità di buffet con aperitivo...alla fine scrivono dei prezzi sulla lista poi ti fanno pagare il doppio
Spritz in bicchierino piccolo con tantissimo ghiaccio...5 euro...
Hugo c è scritto con buffet 6 euro...lo prendi senza 6.10..chiedi il motivo....xché usiamo un liquore diverso......allora scrivetelo...visto che volete fregare la gente....
Mai più anche xche siete in un centro commerciale....

Aperitif .. they do a lot of advertising of buffet with aperitif ... at the end they write prices on the list then they make you pay double
Spritz in small glass with lots of ice ... 5 euros ...
Hugo c is written with 6 euro buffet ... you take it without 6.10..see the reason .... xché we use a different liqueur ...... then write it ... since you want to cheat people ....

Ho chiesto 2 semplici cappuccini e la cassiera mi ha segnato 2 cappuccini doppi del fantastico valore di 3 euro, che ho notato solo una volta pronti !!!!!!
Vorrei precisare che sul tabellone dei prezzi c'era scritto Cappuccino-€1.70

I asked for 2 simple cappuccinos and the cashier marked me 2 double cappuccinos of the fantastic value of 3 euros, which I noticed only once ready !!!!!!
