★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!! Fanno pagare un sacco di soldi per le commissioni e valutano la moneta da cambiare molto meno rispetto ad altri posti. Alla fine mi sono resa conto che era meglio fare il cambio valuta direttamente a destinazione.
 Very bad !! They charge a lot of money for commissions and evaluate the currency to change a lot less than other places. In the end I realized that it was better to exchange money directly at the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano confermato che era meglio cambiare da loro piuttosto che a Singapore! Ho cambiato 400€ e si sono presi 100€ di commissioni!!! Mai più!!!

A crazy thing screwed on the exchange rate on 200 € took me almost 50 €! The thing does not end here on the way back I will report this is a usurious fraud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il costo delle commissioni non viene assolutamente menzionato nella transazione, essenzialmente rifilano al cliente la quantità di moneta che ti dicono di avere disponibile sul momento e spacciano la differenza come commissione. Di 150 euro sono diventate 1600 lire egiziane, con un costo di operazione di 34,32 euro, questo al cambio del 1 marzo 2020. Solo ladri e truffatori, un furto legalizzato a tutti gli effetti, da evitare come la peste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just rub your money. The exchange fare is so low. Unbelievable, it was 60% of the official. And they tels me how much I get just after the sign all docs. I was so foolish to not ask it before. And next if you don't want it anymore. They can't exchange it back. Even if you say it immediately.
I am very angry, newer do it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a SIM card, there are more vendors past airport control you should try instead. They charged me 50€ for "the cheapest option" and gave me two SIM cards for some reason and a phrasebook I never wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would do zero stars if I could. No mention of the 19.9% commission charge or the 12 eur flat fee. Gave these thieves $600 and got 350 euro back. Will definitely find a local bank to exchange or will preorder the cash from my bank back home.

Don’t go for exchanging neither getting a SIM card. I attempted changing $500 and they said it’s worth €160. What a fraud you gotta be joking.
So I only purchased the SIM card paid €90 for the 16GB.(This also making nonsense) They gave me 2 of 8GB cards and believe or not, it’s been two days now and my phone is still hold on activating. ( I’m on wifi at hotel now)
This is definitely a scam and I’ll take some measure when I’m back to the airport.
I really hope they get fined and closed forever.
